Chai the camera on this bad boi eh. Many companies can't match it till date

Have been using android all my life and still do but since I bought my first iOS na there I no say that’s a big difference. Both in quality camera, fastness and browsing speed. iOS na baba, there’s a reason most influential people prefer it to android.

You prolly moved from a cheap android like tecno to s high end iPhone.
My s8+ was schooling iPhone xs max in camera. Though the s8 had gcam. Main camera was rivaling x

Look at it this way: the iPhone 6s which was released in 2014 is going to get iOS 15! THAT IS SEVEN (7) YEARS OF UPDATES!

The best you'll see on Android, IF YOU SEE AT ALL, IS THREE (3) YEARS (Mind you, I mean MAJOR UPGRADES; e.g FROM ANDROID 11 TO ANDROID 12 STABLE, NOT BETA). iPhones are definitely not crap. Hell, even the iPhone 5c a friend uses still runs smoothly on it's last update. (iOS 13! FIVE YEARS?). Even Samsung's S8; FIVE YEARS OLDER; NO REACH AM. It got two years (Android 7.1.1 Nougat to Android Pie) and is not even as smooth!

First of all, iPhone 6s was released in 2015 not 2014. Next, giving 6 year update for that device is not always a good thing. It will take a toll on the battery and it may shock you to find it lagging.
The pixel 2/2xl had up to android 11.

Android also support custom rom. Even devices like the galaxy s4 from 2014, i saw from someone had custom rom ported at it was smooth. On the other hand, no iPhone from 2014 can ever get an update.

What are you saying? The galaxy s8 is smoother and faster than the 5c even with android 9. It just doesn't have that apple animation bs. Also the s8 can get custom roms ported for it. Some bs doesn't worth saying at all

That's 5 times the minimum wage in Nigeria. And I'm basing my calculations on average. Yes i didn't include things like rent, fuel, clipper maintenance, barbing accessories because if i do, I'll have to also raise the income above average.

My story: I'm a fashion designer, I was posted to PH for NYSC and my PPA provided us with accommodation which gave me the opportunity to work (sew) in my spare time.

After NYSC I decided to stay back in PH in search of a job while I sew for the time being since I already had small customers. That link would do. Although it's for s7, it also works on s8 perfectly. Just download the one for exynos follow the settings on the site. Picture quality will shock you pass the already good one on the s8

I just bought this midrange Samsung device for 100k at Jumia. The device name is Samsung A31 but what I noticed I that the phone's front camera is superb but the back quad camera is terrible it will look as if you used an entry-level itel phone to capture it. I need assistance with Gcam or any idea to make the camera better.

S9+ would have been a better buy

I first know about xiaomi from Google Search best phone manufacturer list and xiaomi was listed around 5th or 4th that was around 2017 or 2018 i was surprise that how come i haven't hear of them so i Google more about their phone from the first their phone mi 1s and i found out people say their phones is durable and reliable.Since i haven't see and handle it.
i was hoping to use xiaomi some day and know whether they are really what people say they are, around late 2018 or beginning of 2019 my friend got redmi 4 from a some girl that her brother give her.
immediately i saw the phone in his hand recognize it asked him to give me to feel it, guy the phone is solid and everything about it good except for poor camera still i wanted to buy the phone from him that year but lack of money don't allow me until last year I finally get my first xiaomi phone.
whenever people at where i work see the phone they always redmi na baddest phone i forget to say someone at place use redmi 7 and it looks astonishing.

To me Xiaomi Make Name for themselves through their Affordable and durable and reliable phones.
so people hype them because of that even me too do.
My redmi 7a is small but it carry big engine and it handle games well Pes 2021, pubg and ppsspp games, recently after MI 12 update it doesn't handle multitasking very like before.
planning to buy higher xiaomi phone anytime from 3 months to now after i solve my front desk desires.

To Me What i think Xiaomi lacks are two things
Poor camera and little software update bugs
apart from those two Xiaomi is a Good choice.

I used redmi 7 for a year and half and i can tell you the main camera is better than it's competitors. With gcam, it's another story. The back camera with gcam crushed the iPhone 7+ and was on par with the x. Till date i haven't seen a phone that has a better front camera than the redmi 7+ gcam. And I've compared it with the iPhone 11, galaxy s10 and s8+. They all fall behind. Or is it portrait with gcam?
Well it's all thanks to Google but the fact still remains that if you push your redmi to it's limit you'll see wonders.
