Come back to have you been rejected entry to another country before- your answer is NO. if you choose Yes, you have shot yourself in the leg else you actually did. What you're saying is that you have been deported before. You got the visa to the country but they turned you back at the POE. If you didn't get the visa that means youre rejected not denied entry.

Please it's very important to check back the documents you used cos what the embassy said. 'Adverse record. You made it more complicated for them to believe you. If you're submitting your documents, keep submitting it first one you used. Make sure it's original as they will check back.

Have you overstayed in any country you travelled to? Look in at your passport verywell.


For ex... if you submit your statement of account, they can easily check back but if you forge it, it will be different. Please if your have used any documents that is fake, write them and apologize.

It's very important to be truthful in your application.

You need to sit down and evaluate your previous refusal. I once applied 3times before I got my visa. I have been to several countries as it helps sometimes. All I want you to review first is all your previous applications. It's very important because they keep record.

Then write a cover letter explaining every bit of your application and give them a concrete reason for you applying again.

Thanks Aunty. I have already paid for my hotel. I booked directly from the hotel and paid with my credit card. I paid for 2nights and I will pay cash for the remaining 2 night when I get there.

I applied 13th of march nd out May8th denied on lack statement attached lack credibility, I reapplied again June 8th got it back July 20th nd denied due to documents lack credibility / unconvincing. And I resubmitted 21st of August nd out Aug 31 nd I was granted three months. I addressed while inflow in acct nd added affidavit to back up my documents dat lack credibility. That was what I did.

Where did you do your affidavit and what was enclosed in there ?

No. I wasn't told I can't reapply until after 6months. I will be applying soon. This month cos I want to go in vac next month.

Hello house, please anyone recently got visit visa to SA. I need you to assist me with an information. I have applied twice and I was denied the first was hotel reservation cancelled and the second was docs lack credibility. Now I want to reapply. Would you advise me to just make a reservation with the hotel directly or pay for my whole stay or 2 days of my stay. I'm confused.

You could also do a direct reservation with the hotel of your choice (the chain types ain't bad, e.g. Marriott's, Hilton, Radison Blu, Tsogo, etc) without paying yet and use the reservation, way better if you just register and become their member. Avoid third party bookings like booking.com et all for SA visa application, always not ending well....

I have not even submitted my application. I'm just putting everything together and I'm confused about the hotel thing. Way back on this forum, I read that applicants should pay for hotels before submitting. It baffles me a lot because I visited Dubai and I paid for my hotel when I arrived.

What type of reservation will suffice here, reservation done from where? Genuinely, it would do this person a lot of good to look beyond "just reservation" once it has to do with the SA Embassy.

I intend to stay a night or 2 in the hotel and move to my friends place. I just want to visit for 9days. Or should I just kuku pay for everything?

I have issue paying for my hotel oh. I must have a domicilry account to pay to Ned bank. What can I do ? Or should I submit my application like hat without paying for my hotel as I already called the hotel and they told me I can pay when I arrive. Please help.

See, to be on the safer side please pay for yor hotel it saves you more money at the end of the day. As per your bank statement don't stress, I hope heavy deposits in your accounts are regular not one off. Like in the past 6 months, how many times have you rec'd huge deposits? I hope its not just this one million your brother paid in! If there are others in the past 6 months pls print a 6 months bank statement.

Yes I have them in multiple places... I can't even count that when it comes to the deposit... I have been having such deposit in my account for so long (since 9-11 months ago) and I just want to visit SA for December to relax.

On the payment issue, how do I pay for the hotel ? I have called the hotel and I was told they will send me an invoice... I neva see ham... Lol.. Can I pay using PayPal? or I have to go to the bank? What's the best way to pay it?

Yes I have been working for more than 5 months but payments have been made into my account after confirmation.

I also want to inform you that I use my account to do my personal business. It's just a small biz which I also have on the Konga mall. I supply gadgets. Sometimes my friends refer friends to me to get stuff as I post on my BBM so they make payment into my account. I have received an order to supply 4 computers... about 1m in toltal. (2 iMac computers and 2 MacBook computers) I hope this won't be an issue with the ECO. This has been quite long about 4 months ago
