Person wan go Canada, you dey talk unilag, i am sure he/she has performed risk analysis on this issue, to have tried twice and yet getting ready to refire for the third time no be play at all. My advice is for him/her to get more valid sponsors whose SOA fit make VO quit him job.
He/she would be able to cope over there once he/she gets there. I personally know people (undergraduates) that are managing that way. Especially if you go to Waterloo engineering program, u'll use 2 yrs out of ur 5 yrs in co-op. At the end of the day, to pay tuition go be beans. The only problem will be how to remain an hopo samien for the first year.

lol, thanks bro for your comment, @ Osemigho actualy tot he was helping so I dont criticise him. Moreover if 2 refusal letters wasnt able to discurrage me I wonder who on earth can. just bcox my Dad doesn't have millions in his account dosn't mean I cann't get my TRV approved.

If you can't afford 1 year school fees alone, how do you intend to take care of your upkeep and accommodation not to talk of for 4 years?

I know you have 9ja hustle spirit but I once read an article (maybe by justwise) where a case like your plan was analysed, which shows how hard and almost impossible it is for 2 years masters study alone not to talk of undergraduate.

What if after your stress and sacrifice, Canada kon turn UK before you finish your studies?

Why don't you ace your undergraduate study here in 9ja? Afterwards you can seek "greener pasture". Perhaps 9ja fit don green before you finish sef.

seriously, I understand your point. I never stop seeking Nigeria university admission last year jamb I had 234 no admission , I did ijmb A-level (of amadu mello uni ) I had 13 points out of 15max points still no admission. and I have been driven by spirit of no polytecthnics (which is actually killing me)
So no matter how hard it can turn out over there, I will cope with $4400 per semester.
Moreover I have 2 female friends over there who are doing good with same or almost the same of my condition.

Not just a HUGE account. A sustainable one with a reliable and good source of income. Account balance can mean nothin if the source of the HUGE fund is not stable and reliable. An account with a stable income and flow of millions and good thousands of cash over 6 months period can pass even with a closing balance of 100k.
The Onion is WHO your sponsor is and the relationship to you.

the sponsor I used before has over 65million depusited funds over 5months closing balance of 10million .

to be frank, I cann't afford even the full 1st year tuition but I can try to pay the 1st semester hopely before the 2nd semester I would have gotten more. I'm not lazy and there is no work I'm ashamed of once my education is going smothly.

Ofcourse you can. It wont't have a negative effect on it. Anybody can decide to use a different sponsor for a good reason.But you need to show relationship to the sponsor either through family relationship, previous activity involving sponsor, previous financial support from sponsor. Ìf any does not exist, Commitment on sponsor's part either by a gud amount of tuition payment n transfer of funds to you. Another thing is why he/she is sponsoring you. it could be as a way to pay back to your family for a previous support, A schorlarship for you from him to help your academic achievement, believe in your resolution to make a meaningful life out of your academic/career pursuit.
These can be communicated to the VO through a letter of sponsorship. Also, all your new information should be consistent with previous information as the have your records and will review them when you reapply.

Really sorry about your situation.
One of the best advise for you right now is for you to be calm, request for your GCMS file to know the reasons behind the refusal. Being the second time, rushing to reply without actually paying close attention to previous reason for the refusal maybe colossal and affect your general study permit application (s) profile with CIC.
Meticulously and carefully tackle the reasons the VO have pointed out..
Undergraduate study generally require a very sustainable, reliable and sufficient source of income as it incure a substantiable amount of funds to complete.
It could even be possible the refusal was as a result of lack of sufficient proof of relationship to sponsor or even lack of evidence to show why he wants to sponsor you.
So bro/sis, do not be in a hurry to reapply, i understand how it feels especially when you feel you can tackle the reason of the refusal. But trust me, reasons can be ridiculous and unbelievable. Try to get the GCMS note and strategise from it and be better prepared to reapply.If u need to pay and get a new offer, if you can please do. It will be for your greater good. All the best to you.

Thanks alot for your advice, I'm not rushing, as a matter of fact, I'm reapplying for fall 2017 instead of spring.

But can I change sponsor?

it can't affect your admission but it can affect your visa processing.
mine was so also but when applying for visa you swear an affidavit that it was a mistake , alternatively go to weac office and change it. I guess it arround 10k

I got a refusal mail yesterday after 15weeks of prossessing. thats my second refusal this year.

And I'm ready now to apply for the 3rd time although I dont know where this strength in me is coming from but I dont want to give up or neither do I want to try another country.

## (0) I tackle the cheak reason 1 by paying some of my tuition fee although it wasnt required by the school.
##(0) the reason 2. I dont realy have any idea .
##(0) the 3 reason has to do with your program of study and its correspondence to your previous feild.

I have a very rich village family friend. He is one of the Executive Directors in a top bank here. I need to fast and pray to get his bank statement but he is not answering my surname.

My question now is how can or what documents do I get from him to back up his sponsorship. Apart from his bank statement, affidavit is sponsorship, letter of introduction/sponsorship explaining he is a friend of the family. What tangible reason will he state is the reason?

let him make swear an affidavit of sponsor at any court of law. which will include how much he plans to give you yearly and reason why he decides to sponsor a distant family like you.
you have to be very careful when typing the affidavit and make it convincing that no matter what finacialy sutuiation he finds himsefl he wont back up from sponsoring you .

Meanwhile with regards sponsorship u mentioned, am I supposed to list the family members of my sponsor? Is it relevant? Mentioning how many kids and dependant my sponsor have!

officialy thats what cic wants you to include but you should be wise, dont list 4 dependent on your sponsor that has average acc balance of 15m . expecialy if those dependants are adults , like 2 university student and 2 high school students . That wont help at all.

hi guys, I have to come back to nairaland , to avoid being killed by depression. I've bn a regular member of this tread from part 8. was refused in part 9 , and am back in part 11 praying for approval.
I've submitted since Sept 1st (paper) , although I used my the medical test of my previous refused application. and link to online app says medical passed .
