Just go to Alausa secteriat ask for commissioner of oath office it is 250. It should take up to 5min

Good evening everyone. Please who knows what to balance male hormones: FSH and LH are on the high side, testosterone is also low. Scrotal scan shows that he had left undescended testicle in the inguinal region. The urologist we met advised that we should visit a fertility center for testicular Sperm Aspiration to know if the testes is still producing sperm or if there's a blockage Cox his SFA came out with zero sperm count azoospermia and it was 9million as at January. We have done SFA 3ce in the couple of weeks ago all came out zero. So we are trying to see how we can balance the hormone and see if the sperm count would add up a bit

Please I need help and suggestions!

My husband is diagnosed of zero sperm count.

Prior to this, he conducted SFA in January and it was about 3million.

Scrotal ultrasound shows that he has left undescended testicles.

Hormones profile test shows that he has low testosterone, high LH and FSH.

Please has anyone dealt with this and what steps did you take?
