Peggygee,I was really down and sad since I saw your story,cos it was exactly one year 21/9/15 that I delivered my LO whom I lost on the sixth day.I prayed and cried to God that affliction shall not rise again. Cry when you need to but pray more,do anything that makes you OK. Try and avoid too hot water on your breast,massage your body well with hot water so that you can heal on time.,as for me i used drug for hormones that controls milk production. You can wait as you like before trying again if you still have age on your side,me I m going to be 35 by next April so I couldn't wait and my dh was ready too.I was team September last year and I m team October this year.I pray to God to give you double for your lost,God will make everything perfect for you and all women that have suffered the lost of a child.

@tipsyjules,the recipe include: snail,uwgu leave, tomatoes, onions, pepper (ata rodo),veg oil,seasoning, curry.,white rice.Prepare normal white rice,pepper snail,then steamed ugwu leave.

.The mamas keeping this thread moving ,kudos and more blessings to you,I never learned much from this thread in my first pregnancy.. I never knew anything about colics until I saw it today on this thread and I had to go and read more on it on Google,from what was described my LO had similar symptoms to colics,I was feeding him formula from the 1st day after delivery cos I wasn't lactating at all,he usually cried most especially starting in the evening till late in the night, high pitch cry,clenched hand,tighten of abdomen, very angry face,and blood coming from his narvel,but all this actually started on 3rd day after delivery unlike like colics which has been described to start from 2 or 3 weeks old infant,probably it was just something else that was giving him all the pains.Crying, stomach pain in infant ,digestive problems, lactose intolerance,e.t.c could be caused by a whole lot of things other than colics because from what I have read on colics, it doesn't kill an infant, they usually out grow colics when they get older usually at 3- 4 months.

Our able captain, sorry about the flu.Thanks all mamas for sharing the info about your experiences about induction, I have learned one or two things but I m still curious about how long is the timing between when one is induced and delivery. Like mum Lucas @ Fortius said hers lasted for 35 minutes ,mine took about 6houurs before I delivered probably it was a failed induction? Pls I m sorry I m asking too much questions today.What's is the ideal timing between induction and delivery?

@ma'am soonest thanks so much for this important info,I never knew of some of this advantages n disadvantages. Plus,I didn't even know about this ctg scan.,I wasn't monitored for anything whatsoever. May God make delivery easy for us all.

@funmz,mine own experience was at private hospital but I pray everything works in our favor either private or general hospital, many mums do give much credit about the general hospitals while some believe much in the private based on each ones experience. I pray for God's favor where ever we go.But all in all one needs to be proactive at times ,cos some mistakes are due to the negligence by the doctors and nurses. I have at the teaching hospital and the state general hospital this time around, although I keep thinking that I should register at a good private hospital as well. The cost of CS depends the state you residee ,a colleague s did it for 30k two yes ago at the teaching hospital, but I don't know may be its different now.Most private hospitals charge between 120-150k

Mum Ekene @ Liftedhands thanks for the response, I was induced and later delivered after about 6 hours, I wasn't monitored or checked during the process, some hospitals ehn in this our country ,may God keep protecting us.I had to tell Dh to call them so they can check me after like 6hours.n the nurse said I was 7 cm,by the time the nurse checked me i was bleeding of which I don't if its even normal?? I keep thinking may be the placenta got detached?? I was given episotomy and my LO came out,no cry n was almost not breathing.Who knows, may be the induction did the havoc

@funmz,does induction really cause respiratory stress and death.?Other experience mums pls can you shed more light on this induction and respiratory distress for babies, I didn't mind that I was induced in my last delivery but I m just curious if it could cause respiratory distress and even death to babies,so that i can prepare my mind this time around,the hospital I delivered do not even monitor fetal heart beat while in labour, once you are in labour nothing more.,although I have changed hospital .funmz why don't you try general hospital, CS is usually cheaper there

@nkoyo13,I m having the same experience with my fingers too most especially when I m just waking up in the morning and it goes away after some time,I don't know what causes it too.

May God answer all TTC women sooner than expected. There is nothing wicked people can't do to take advantage of TTC women, hmm oju to ri to ooo(eyes have seen a lot),it got to a point I stopped going to any baba/Alfa/pastor no matter what I m been told about them,I stopped attending name ceremonies cos I felt what's is the reason for attending when I will be the center of attraction at the occasion, some friends and family would deliberately not tell when they deliver a new baby, in fact I got to know that some friends n relatives have had a 2nd or 3rd child after I conceived last year.it got worse when I later lost the baby, they keep saying all kinds of prayers ,first got married six years ago,lost my first LO 6 days after delivery and I am 27weeks+ gone today. God,pls grant me and all women babies that will stay with us in good health,long live and more blessings. Grant all TTC women bfp,let all medication and prayers work in their favour.amen
