Looks good; a bit scared of City and Inter game.
Inter couldn't deliver. Just a goal and it'd have been me feeling distraught. I'm glad I cashed out.

Please can deep freezer do this business?
Yes. I use deep freezers for chilling water and drinks but for ice, you'll need to construct a freezer more like a cold room standard using Air conditioning fan for better efficiency.

Philantropists:
I am looking for persons who are in need to grow their business and need cash.

I have allocated the sum of N100k, N200k and N500k. The sum can be inceased depending on the scale of the business and growth potential.

Mention me with your plan towards the money.
I want to expand my chilled sachet water and drink business by adding an ice making section to it. The returns on this investment is steady because people consume water and drinks on a daily basis and other perceived competitors who can't afford to run their generators all the time will come to buy ice from me to chill their drinks and this will rake in more profits to the business.

Having carefully analysed the cost of the addition, I have a total of 230 thousands naira.

You welcome. I have been looking at poultry farming. However, the risk is too enormous with minimal profit that is not equated to the risk premium
I haven't ventured or thought about agriculture but whenever I have the market for it, I'll sure give it a try.

... This is a good business for you know but there is no freaking way you would maintain a profit margin of 7k daily esp in the wet season.
That being said, so far you have no competition clearly... Wait until competition comes and it must.
In Nigeria to maintain a steady business margin as you claim, your services have to be unique ( scarce or skilled business) or you must have guarded monopoly.

Bro all am saying is business is not as easy as planned in the head.
I know you wondering which one of the picks I would go for...of course, the N5M. I am not one to take orders or wake up by the clock every morning. I love my freedom BUT instead of business, I would invest in landed properties
Businesses have their boom periods and I have planned for it too. I intend to add ice moulding to it to augment for the relapse in case of short fall in demand for chilled water. People must drink water you know and even in cold seasons, certain people still prefer chilled drinks.

Yes, there is competition but I beat them with price and availability of the product at all times. I have a cousin who supplies me water whenever I want so I have it all the time.

You make 200k profit monthly and still keep an office job.
Keep lying to yourself besides you have an advice contrary to what you are claiming now.
Just say you want it broken down to you but as for the job, it's an in-laws business so I have had my office before I started the business. It's an easy business. I live in a busy area so what I did was to get a shop that was closer to my house, I got a double door chest freezer of about 500ltrs and another one of 319ltrs, I also got a generator for steady power because we hardly have constant power in the area which was my number one strength. What do I do? I buy an average of 150 bags of water everyday and resell when chilled at a difference of #50 and at times, I buy and sell more than 150 bags in a day. I also sell chilled drinks in cans and I make close to 3k in drinks every day. The water sells faster because these guys hawking on the road come to buy from me and resell plus the ones I sell to people who come to buy from me directly though their own price at which I sell is a bit higher than what I sell to the hawkers. Weekends always give mad sales because I get bookings from people who are doing events. Fuel consumption on the average a day is 1,500. The business is 4 months old and the dry season also pushed me into doing it. Now, do the math and tell me why I won't make an average of 200k a month.

Not all business require special entrepreneurial skill. The only skill you'll need is being able to identify your market and I clearly did that before I started off.

Not all businesses require stress bro. Like the one I do, anyone can help you manage it.

enterpreneurs are BORN.
If the person in question is not an enterpreneur,it's better for him or her to stick with 100k per month
So no one can learn to be an entrepreneur or those that learn from their masters and later become their own bosses were also born with it?

There are businesses that do not require all the rigours of entrepreneurship as you may think. Anybody could actually do them.

with 5M, I will even start making 500k per month.
That's true but it won't be advisable he sinks the entire 5m into a business. A part of it will do while the other part could be fixed in a fixed deposit account or a TB could be bought with it.

read ur comment also, how positive are urs?
Very positive. A wise man who has got 5m and as a last resort will not be quick to squander it. There are working investments to do with part of the cash while you pursue business with the other part.

Wisdom plus common sense should be applied.

This advice you gave, did you just imagine it in your head or it's actually a path you have taken?

People are funny on here undecided
I do business and it fetches me 7k profit daily. On the average, I make 200k every month. I started with less than 700k yet it still allows me do my office job.

Let him collect the 5m and set up a business and with time, he'll be making more than 100k a month instead of waiting for over 4 years to make 5m on a 100k per month pay.
