Coming from THE ORIENTATION BROADCASTING SERVICE (OBS) NIGER STATE NYSC CAMP, notice is hereby given that all NYSC 2016 Batch A Stream II shall be prospective Batch B because there shall be no Batch A Stream II. Sequel to this, all earlier supposed Batch B shall now be prospective 2017 Batch A. Hence, all awaiting Batch 2016 B (Supposed Stream II of Batch A 2016) shall commence from October/November 2016 while the prospective 2017 Batch A (earlier Supposed 2016 Batch B) shall commence March/ April 2017. Inconveniences are heartily regretted.

I think we should have an open mind towards dis whole sod thingy and besides, where u camp may be different from ur sod. e.g u nay camp in abuja nd still be deployed to kaduna for ur ppa.
so I suggest we all keep calm nd chill for 13th May.

Information on NYSC site states that there is no more stream 2... that stream 2 is now to be known as batch B and that their orientation starts on June 30th while people that was suppose to be in batch B is now batch C and their orientation commences September 24th...
I am sincerely sorry for the time you wasted in reading through this rubbish.
