Sorry bout that, not everyone is capable of answering all questions here that's why it is been ignored.... To avoid giving you a wrong answer and information...

Well, to answer your question, the change of your surname from Lawan to Kagu won't affect you in anyway since you already have the "your record has been uploaded successfully. You can register" message. What it now entails is that during registration you will input your names just as it was uploaded on the portal and during camp registration you effect the correction... Have a similar issue complained to DSA and was given the advice above....

But if you still need clarification, visit ur school DSA.

Its like this.

My surname is O. First name is T.
Then when my name was uploaded, T was put as surname and O as First name.
I went to complain at my School's DSA and it was changed.
Would I still expect to see the T as surname?

Should I be concerned that the T was changed to O, the original surname?

You get the explanation?


The record wasn't removed, just the arrangement of names!

Nonetheless, in addition to what Kbs468 and LogoDWhiz have said and assuming the school refuses to do anything to deliberately effect the correction, I Suggest you stick to the one that has the correct ordering of your name - from surname to Firstname and thereafter, middle name.
Your school and NYSC will take care of the Unnecessary repetition.
