Please guys, is there any known way to contact Australia immigration. I and my son did the biometrics here in Lagos for a visitors visa, my son's own still shows arrange biometrics, like his biometrics have not been done and its up to 3 weeks. Please how can i reach them

I went to the Ibadan center, the receptionist told me it would take 16months to learn from the beginning, that is if I go for afternoon class of 10hrs per week..The time frame is too long for me, I want to be able to write the exam by December latest. I am not looking at schooling, I just need something to get extra points to add to our score, my husband isn't even around always so that's out of planning time and i work full time and there is home and kids, I do Duolingo daily and it has helped in basic communication. I just want something to add what ever scores I can get. I appreciate your feedback.
