I have experienced few heart breaks in the past(and I have made peace with those that broke up with me and till date we still chat and try to assist each other, other than relationship or love matters excluded) and me myself have broken the heart of some that proclaimed love...(some have made peace and we are cool again without relationship ooo but some I have become enemy for life)

Why does someone you broke up with, see you like an enemy for life that she doesnt wanna hear anything bout you, she blocked you everywhere even when she say she has forgiven you and moved on.

Please I want a solid advice and direction on this business I intend to open this January..

Straight to it....I Want to open a graphic business centre, where all designs ranging from tshirt customizing, burial, marriage posters etc everything graphic designing has to offer...

I also wanna include to it a training centre as well, where student can come in and practise graphic design and master it as well...

Where I need advise is that will a budget of 1million be enough to execute this project from renting a shop to equipping it with the necessary computers and little equipments suitable for producing prints on shirts, mind you as for the heavy projects I can design and take out for prints...

For the gurus in the house, what and what equipments will I be purchasing to arrange the office to standard and I will also be employing a graphic artist to assist as well.

From my past relationships, if I'm to advice any girl I'll tell them to avoid sex and stand on it. Sex makes you suspicious of your partner. What makes most guys wants sex is when the financial demand from the girl becomes too much. Most girls will tell you that they're not ready for sex, but will still want you to show dedicated financial commitments towards them. No guy will ever agree to that.

Many girls naturally lack wisdom. Let me share a my own experience here. I met this girl some years ago, she told me her usual no sex till marriage. I asked her if she's a virgin she said no that she dated just one guy who broke her heart and now she has decided to zip up till her wedding night.

Avoid flirting with other guys on phone and in reality. Concentrate on your relationship by looking for ways to make an impact in his life. It could be through business ideas, could be counseling, could be partnership in business, education...etc. also develop yourself. Let him see that your life is progressing. Make him see you as someone he can't do without and he'll stick to you regardless of your no sex stand.
