This one will be done by the Governor o. I think will be the stage 2 and final screening.. Maybe the governor wants to officially launch the program but go with all your documents /credentials

It is confirmed now that verification has started in Ekiti for N Power teach
For NCE holders the venue is SUBEB
Degree holders is TESCOM located at the secretariat
The verification I guess started today... U will be given a form or so as to know your subject area or discipline
I suggest you go with the NPVN printout, ur credentials and passports
