Once Nigeria starts going to half time goalless, it's not a good sign. Many wasted chances. The more clinical side will win!
I hope our second half will be better because I always prefer our first half.
Nigeria will win if they stop being wasteful. |

xyrexzmanto: Dat our keeper naaah nonsense, complete rubbish...... zaidu keke driver, osimehn over rated piece of shit alwz complaining 4 nothing. Bashiru suppose be barber Nigerians love him so much, so even when we should talk reality, we won't! Osimhen is a wasteful player this days, apart from unnecessary complaints! The coach no just want wàhálà for himself, if not, e for don fall out with him. I like how he ignores those players' chidish excesses because for now, that's what you need to do to succeed with these team that every coach struggles with, not to talk of the complex systemic issues. That's my submission! No doubt he (Osimhen) is good. But, If we were serious as a nation and have more "good" strikers as well, he would be benched sometimes for someone who has a higher conversion rate. Don't misunderstand me, Osimhen is good, and I like him! |

If you want to enjoy Super Eagles, watch only their first half.
Summary: Very wasteful team. Create chances but clinically poor. Their final decisions are horrible.
Football has gone beyond being wasteful. You stress yourself more in the game when you are wasteful and give opponents chance to recover mentally and physically.
If they improve, they'll do well. But for now, they're struggling!
Moses Simon is yet to stop many unnecessary dribbles.
They had many reasons to shoot from outside the yard, but they all want to do tiki taka to enter and score.
PS: Iwobi is special in this match! |

Now you've moved from 'spoofing domains' to 'shoving plates' in a US federal prison. From Maryland to Ghana, and finally to a 6x6 cell. Is this the 'Hustle' they preach on Instagram It is o! You cannot continue to enlist Boko Haram fighters in Nigeria Army and you expect us to win fight against terrorism.
The CAN should also demand for weapons, if Fulani herdsmen can be going around with AK47 then every Christians in Benue, Southern Kaduna and Plateau should have weapons too. CAN we dey collect brown envelope on a daily basis can't understand what you're saying. |

brain54: So players who aren't aggressive and always fighting are ducks...? You know that's why we are where we are as a nation, Nigerians are never objective. Osimhen is a great player, but he has character issues; he is aggressive. And Stanley Nwabali has joined him. Nothing as beautiful as controlling your temperament when provoked and nothing to be proud of showing extreme aggression. If na outside now, one punch to the wrong place and the guy went from there, it's a different matter these Nigerians supporting him will be saying. They will say "see where aggression landed you now". Very insincere people. Just give him few months, he would have start having issues with players, fans, club management or coach. Any small thing dey provoke him or enter his head. The day fans berate him for poor play or for missing chances, he fights them and that will also mark beginning of his issues with the club. I hope he manages this character and finds someone to give him honest evaluation and talk to his head or he gets psychotherapy. I wish him well as always. |

2blessed01: They tried... Congratulations to us They didn't try! Average team. Still no fluidity. No urgency. No play making. No set pieces. No long accurate shots at the keeper. No creativity. Poor passes especially to the strikers. Right wing play missing. No coach motivation or rebuke when team relaxes. How did they try? Managing one goal and feeling relaxed when the goal advantages, the points and runner up positions are in their odds?? |

GanagiBitrus: FT 1-0
They tried, but why do they struggle to score a 2nd goal. We just manage score 1 & relax. That was what cost us 2 valuable pts against Zimbabwe with a last minute equaliser. Else we for dey 2nd now with 12pts. They will never change! Unfortunate! Even the coach is not technically sound as I thought. I have given him enough benefits of doubt. How in this modern generation of football will a team feel safe leading with one, knowing the goal advantage and points, with runners up are all in their odds?? |

Should we even address our opponents as high profile in the first place. With the situation Nigeria puts herself, isn't it high profile now?? If Naija drew this match as first match, would we be worried as we were today if they drew? So, it's high profile, since the super refused to be super! |

Angelfrost: Great analysis and odds.
I will adjust them slightly as follows:
Chelsea - 35% Man City - 30% Liverpool- 25% Arsenal -10%
This is my outlook and opinion based on preseason and team improvements. Factor injuries into it! Also, pre-season form sometimes is not often consistently maintained. But, you may be right. |
