Hi fiola1985. Is it only e.coli that was indicated on your HVS? What was the result of your pelvic scan? I will like to compare.
My pelvic scan showed PID, but HVS showed mild strain of e.coli.
I am going to try the regimen advised by the other mamas, treating again with antibiotics, combo, probiotics+D Mannose.

Please were you able to find a cure ? Did this regimen work?

I have been having UTI for the past 4 months and I ve used all antibiotics prescribed by doctor, all to no avail as the symptoms keep coming back. And my urine test came out positive for E coli infection. I was prescribed ofloxacin and it didn't work and I have a feeling its getting worse.
E-coli is resistant to antibiotics, so what do I now use to cure this E-coli bacteria please?

I did a test, and the result came back as positive for a moderate growth of the bacteria: staphylococcus aureus. As usual, I was recommended some antibiotics that the bacteria proved susceptible to, and was also give an cream.
But the issue is I've exhausted the drugs, but the itching still hasn't been relieved. It's not as bad as before, but it still itches me once in a while, and there are some rashes by the side of my penis.

I've been reading a lot about this infection online, and I heard it's very difficult to treat. I'm just a struggling student, and I don't have the necessary funds to keep buying antibiotics that aren't working. I got this infection from using a toilet in my hostel, and it's really disturbing me.

Any suggestions please?

Got rid of mine since last year.

I basically did intermittent fasting (starving the bacteria of any sugar or carbs) as i ate more of fruits and vegetables.

I took a probiotics (L Basillus) that is known to inhibit Staph Aureus.

Took a lot of garlic ginger tumeric smoothy.

Drank Lots of water to flush out the bacteria from body.

Clean habits to avoid reinfection (change towels boxers etc frequently)

i repeated the culture and used two sensitive antibiotics. Started with the Tab and ended with the injection.

Was also taking one agbo someone recommended (but i dont advise this when on antibiotics).

I did all of the above simultaneously as a treatment course and after completing the treatment, i waited for about a month and was clean. Retested a month later and i was still clean. No issues since then.
