Please has any one experienced a "duplicate user found" error while creating a new visa schedule application.

And what can I do to get past this error to continue with my application?

I tried calling them to confirm that email part but they said they are on holiday so no customer agent to attend to the call. Hopefully we scale through by God's grace

Hi guys I need advise, my visa appointment is just like 4 days to my resumption date. Considering the processing time after approval, what can be done?

Note Interview is on 30th and resumption is on the 5th

Hi Rachel glad you scale through the pre approval stage . Well I want to ask what email did you send your complain and did you recieve a mail when it was approved

Do you mean you want to submit the pre approval request or are you still stuck there after submitting the pre approval request

After you upload your documents, You will be passed on to the Pre-approval stage. That stage is a pending request to allow you to schedule your interview dates. That's also the waiting phase, where you wait until you are approved with a mail informing you your request has been approved with instructions on how to proceed. You will still be asked some questions particularly if you have been refused a visa before and whether you have a valid visa and in what category. After answering those prompts, the last prompt gives you access to the dates after clicking on the location you want to be interviewed .
