Na scam.

It's difficult to even audit with the mode the cash is shared .

What they do is give like 50 to 100 per state and pocket the rest.

A reasonable government would have used this to encourage those people to open bank accounts

Can they be including the LG/LCDA and area where the picked those test samples? Using just states is too broad

after 4years of no serious firm to work with/for, I have engaged in agriculture, pepper and vegetable farming to be precise.
Due to covid_19 issue, I couldn't locate agriotropic stores, I however harvest the pepper seed myself. It took me 1month and 2weeks to prepare the land (1and1/2 plot)

Give each other numbers? The people that gathered customers outside should have done that. Because if the customers get infected outside, they will still come into the back some other day and spread it.

The people outside are adults, they should be able to coordinate themselves.

Op, the bank has done nothing wrong. Why can't you guys organise yourselves outside ? Maybe do a spaced queue or give each other numbers .

For those that need repair estimate, budget 220k max. If you are prudent, it will be lesser.
