GAZZUZZ:
all this long talk for simple question.
Post VIn.

Oga I have sold cars on nairaland, as it is now I don't advertise anymore because people buy them before I even advertise.

Simple reason, I show them the pics of how the car was before it got into the country.

stop all the long talk and be transparent.

no one has time to be pursuing you up and down.

People are tired of buying lemons in the name of buying new car.

There is very little an untrained mechanic can see after everything has been covered up with body filler and paint.

See examples of my old adverts.

Every ones loves transparency, it does not reduce the value of your advertised item.

Good luck in your sale.

You did not include VIN in your adverts. Only the pix of the damage.

Good Morning people. Please experts in the house I need an urgent reply.

I got married recently but had a son already. My husband wants to adopt my son legally so that he can file his papers for easier and faster migration into the US. My son will be 10 this August.

Searched everywhere on google on the adoption process but didn’t find suitable information. Please how do I go about this??

Is your husband the younger or the older man? Just curious

The phrase isn't really the point. The point is to present the facts about your vehicle. Omitting the accurate facts is just as wrong and dubious as stating wrong facts.

If dealers follow this your advice, no one will sell

Interesting most people now know what we dealers do.

Avoid the phrase "accident free". It might out you in wahala.

Before now, the headline would have been " Davido's baby mama shares ...." Nairaland mod are receiving sense

not my location I was born in this town and in all my years of living here even when heavy rain falls there is nothing like flood. maybe you went to buy land in Wawa . Cus most of those real estate companies do fake advertising they sell problem land to people at cheap price, because of they are big companies people rush to buy land from them. but when we who are direct Omo onile want to sell they say it's too expensive and fall victim to fake advertising.

if I tell you the number of fake estates in this area you will be surprised

Ok. Would chat u

Today's service is interesting. Just waiting for mancity to lead again

damibigmo:

There is Family Receipt and survey plan on the land.
Asking price is #3m per plot but can sell both for #5m
exact dimensions for each plot is 60 by 120
