I owe u no explanation but get this into your hatred infested brain. I had shipment 5th of this year and it was successful. All my shipments are being distrubuted tomorrow and my last friday shipment is landing to nigeria tomorrow night according to tracking.

However, I feel i am a kind of different picker/shipper on Nairaland and that is because I sell my items here, i patronise all pickers too and I purchase here too.

This is a platform for business and open discussions.

Example 1: If I open a new thread on Tech Market to sell a Samsung note 4 for 50k and someone came there to post his own advert that he is selling it for 40k then that is rubbish. That is an aggressive and abusive fellow.

Example 2: I open a pickup/shipping thread where I certainly know deals will be declared, advertised and sealed.

We are all here to make money in one way or the other, I do not find it annoying or offensive when i see people paste their deals or or whatever they want to sell on my thread. Why?

1. I do not care
2. It updates my thread for me such that it is active
3. The advertiser believes my thread is visible to all and that is appealing lol
4. It does not affect the activities/purpose of the thread

Omotolsy supports advertising on open threads and not on personally created thread which was opened for the sales of a particular item or items.

The sky is big enough for all of us to fly but you can fly into my space but do not take my space.

Everything in moderation tho.

You have said well my brother. I still don't understand how posting of deals which is part of this business should be banned. The only thing bad there is the spamming which should be moderated. We are all here for the purpose of making money through deals, and ads/deals posting fulfils that purpose in a way.

It doesnt always work like that. The potential buyer might not be a previous client and can only be reached on the thread.

No, Its part of the business. If you ban posting of ads then there'll be no more buying of deals from dealhunters and there are lots of people like me who most times get their deals from these ads posted.
What should be done is to just enforce a law that prevents posting of 1 ad multiple times on the same thread.

We are already half way into February.

Whereas some other people are doing their 5th round of shipping after their initial items have been cleared in Nigeria.

Some people got their package(s) and placing more orders and we still here battling to pick first item of the year.


In as much as your Customer service is Very Okay when compared to various shippers I have used, if you can add more speed to your game you will get more customers than you can handle.

This is the 21st century and SPEED is the order of the game.

Glo network has very very cheap data bundles but slow Internet speed.

People are leaving cheap glo for a more expensive faster rude network operators.

If you can deliver items faster plus this your good customer service I am certain you will make a whole lot money than your bargained for.

I used another shipper for other items I bought and I have received 2 different shipments but we still here waiting for us to see "Items have been cleared and ready for pick up"

Well said. Lionlee really needs to look into this. For now, i've stopped searching for deals in Chicago until the items hanging are received. It's quite appalling that items supposed to have been shipped 5 weeks ago are still yet to be received.

As items get more delayed, even those that rejected the 2days shipping due to the increase in price will wish they didnt.

Time is money, @lionlee please look into this .

Lionlee, I feel the 2days shipping shouldn't be scrapped at all. The outrage here shows a lot of people are still very interested in it, including myself. It should either be optional or compulsory but not totally scrapped. Even if it's optional and the weight of the items still don't meet the minimum Kg, we can then proceed with the normal shipping.
Time is money , and sacrificing extra $15 to get items faster is a very good option to a lot of us.

Yes you can track it as long as you have the phone's IMEI from the receipt or the pack. Take the IMEI to the nearest SARS office and tender your case. They'll charge you up to 30K for it, but be rest assured you'll get the phone back as long as whoever is with the phone inserts a sim card into it and continues to use it after.
