Hello, My Laptop (HP 250 G3) hinge got broken a few weeks ago and I was able to fix it, then my laptop refused to come on since then. It shows the power light for a second when switched on but doesn't come on. I feel it's a motherboard related issue. I dropped it off at HP service centre and they sent me a ridiculously expensive quotation without breaking down what exactly I'm paying for. My plan is to pick it up today and fix it somewhere else in Computer Village. Would appreciate if anyone can recommend a reliable and trusted Engineer within computer village .

Yes i am. The laptop hasn't been able to come on, and the engineers have tried different solutions but to no avail . So I was told to get a new board. Would appreciate if you help me check the price.

UNILAG PRODUCE TWO 5:0 CGPA STUDENTS

Two graduating students of the university of Lagos have also recorded 5:0 cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) in 2015/2016 academic session, just like Ayodele Dada recorded the same feat in the previous year.

Prof Rahamon Bello, the vice chancellor of the institution who gave a hint during the 2016/2017 matriculation on Friday, named the two students as miss Taiwo Bankola, and miss Ajoke omotuyi.

According to bello, both students are from the department of cell Biology and genetics, faculty of science and the department of system engineering,
Faculty of engineering respectively.

" Both students, females had also posted perfect score" of 5.0 CGPA, thus matching the record set by Dada in 2014/2015 academic session", he said.

The vc stressed that such feats were achievable by a dink of hard work and not myth.

" All it requires is to be focused discipline and consistent". Bello said

You sound like you have a brilliant idea up your sleeves. If so you should probably look for a technical co-founder. Now to correct some few things
1) "App developer" is the wrong description for the job. Your idea is basically going to be an app front-end communicating with a web-service (preferably restful web-services) backend and then interacts with a db preferably a combination of PostgreSql and ArangoDb(No-Sql DB) which will be preferably hosted on a cloud platform such as Heroku(my favourite ).

2) Please never try to hire a software engineer if you are not one yourself
