I don't think it's an issue if you don't have a doc's correspondence. The major issue is have enough cash. Tell them you communicated through phone with the doc and that they don't make payment before hand. But let the doc or hospital send you their self pay bill. And also make sure to have the docs name and phone number. Good luck!

Somie4:
congrats dear. Pls did u have any doctor’s corrrspondence with you at the Poe? The hospital I want to use is saying I can’t make any payment to them until I come in person and start pre/registration blah blah which is fine by me. But my worry is won’t it be an issue if I have enough cash on me but don’t have any doctor or hospital correspondence ?
