hello, did you attached a return address when you sent your passport?
you can reach out to the VFS office that you sent your passport to know the status.

they said that it's still under process but when I contacted Abuja they said that it's because of my medical and ircc has already told me that they'll add my medical on file shortly it's been 2 weeks now and they haven't still updated updated it

Please I don't know what to do about this.
I submitted my application April 22, did my upfront medical on may 7 got the request to do my medical on June 1 then I sent my upfront medical information sheet to them again then got my passport request the next day. But my medical was never processed or passed. I sent my passport to vfs Lagos through red star (a courier service) it got to vfs Lagos on June 13 then got to the ircc office on June 20 since then I haven't heard anything. Could my medical not being processed cause the delay

Your medicals wasn’t processed? Did you send in your medical slip after the medical and was it updated?. What s Red star? June 7-20? Why the time frame? Let others come

red Star is the courier service I used to send my passport. I sent my medical information sheet to them when they requested for it then I got my PR after that but the medical was never updated till the 30 days count ended

Please I don't know what to do again.
I submitted my application on April 22 did my upfront medical on may 12 but I later got requested to take medical exam on June 1 but I ignored it, got my passport request the next day (June 2) sent my international passport through red star on June 7 it got to the ircc office on June 20, since then I haven't heard anything please could my medical not being processed and all that cause this?
