Its quite difficult to get a Masters admission considering your GPA.
Your PGD may just come in handy.

Thanks once again

emakgaga:
The Geoscience field has been really slow in Canada due to the downturn in the resource sector (mainly exploration and mining). Our hope is that the oil patch and mining sector pick up steam in the coming years. Keep that in mind because the good jobs in Geophysics are mainly tied to exploration and mining. This is assuming you wish to get some work experience after your studies.

Most schools only offer Masters and Ph.d programs in Geophysics, however a few colleges in Canada offer Geological Technology diploma. e.g Yukon college: https://www.yukoncollege.yk.ca/programs/info/geological_technology and NAIT: http://www.nait.ca/program_home_76839.htm

You will find a lot of schools in the U.K and Australia offer PGD in Geophysics.

due to my low Cgpa, I don't know if any school will admit me for Msc that's why I opted for PGD... Do you have any clue on that? thanks boss.

what have I got to gain by lying? Unfortunately I don't have the message now, happened around August, I had just linked my first bank account to my mtn Sim, I didn't think much of the message when I was told to dial *894*500# for a surprise days later and unfortunately, I mistakenly dialled *894*1500#. I thought it will show me some error then I'll try again only for me to be told my account recharge was successful, and 1500 credited to my mtn account, then the first bank debit alert came in. It was so annoying, I haven't used the mobile recharge since that day.

lol! that guy just made you to explain.... anyways i believe you

ENEMIESENEMY:
Bro. if I give you my letter of explanation and you don't feel convinced about the relationship with both courses, I will jump third mainland bridge for you. . .hahaha. No, no work experience relation with the course.

Maybe I should enlighten people a bit, Information Studies is like MBA, anybody with any degree can take it. Poof! All I needed was a good write up.

Anyway, you see why I didn't wanna share this until my visa is out. So I can seal up the testimony, but I had to encourage people here, I had to do it.

Bro thanks for the heads up oh! please can you share d convincing letter of explanation with me? thanks Bro
