Well stated, a lot of young people are ditching the idea of a career in academics, you here slogans like "school na scam" regularly from their lips. Looking at the poor and wretched lifestyle of their lecturers and Profs, they just reject the idea of becoming one.

No you didn't. The 4G you see there isn't the indicator for Internet connections. So you can turn off your Internet and still be connected to the 4G network to receive calls and other services as indicated.
The two arrows (uplink and downlink) you see on the other sim are the indicators that show if you are connected to the Internet.
