I got a reply from a potential buyer, a lady, she said she wanted the domain but didn't hear from her, only to receive a mail from afternic yesterday dt de verified payment for the domain, but they charge sha $60 commission for a domain sold $300 even though the transaction is yet to be concluded, today the lady submitted her offer of $250 via undeveloped, I'm feeling for her now. What should I do guys? Its a geo domain for wedding rentals

This same question has been answered several times.
You will keep getting this until your domain is 60days old so you can opt in for their fast transfer.
This means that when the domain is sold you won't have to bother with the domain transfer.

lol,probably from flippers like you or bots. Have you filtered some things out to minimize useless traffics? Thats important so you wont be getting bot traffic thinking they are legit.

when the domain firstly gotten sold.. After 8 days, i received a mail that the sales has been cancelled. I contacted them via email and also a guy here drop a afternic thread on namepros. After some days i was told i stole the domain, i proved the ownership and my account was reinstated. With the help of JOE(customer representative on NP), they contacted the buyer again and he re-purchased it, i was told to provide Authentication Code, after submitting the auth Code, and the domaim is in Transfer processing, after two or three days, i received shocking news again telling me the sales has been canceled because the buyer fund could not be verified....


All this started on Nov10 to Dec12.. Am just optimistic o. Cos that is my first sales, started domaining on JULY 28th

It looks like most companies have closed for the year.

I am getting automatic reply saying they are now on annual leave and will resume 2nd January 2019

So, I guess we too should at this juncture wrap up the business year and take account to see how we fare this year.
