True addiction can be debilitating. That kind of addiction to anything is not good.

I have never smoked per se, but I have been at concerts where a second hand high was unavoidable. Its hard not to inhale when a fog surrounds you. I couldn't hold my breath the entire concert. I also had a roommate that sparked up on occasion, and liked to blow smoke in my direction.
