K1 visa is for people that are not married, if your “friend” is already married then they would look for other routes for married couples. And everything should be valid

AOS depends, according to uscis if it is marriage based AOS it has out of processing time of two years and that’s when they expected you to send in inquiries it’s crazy right!
Meanwhile, some people are lucky they get their 2 yrs conditional green card in couple of months while some is over a year and if it is more than two years you get 10 yrs unconditional green card. Sometimes it depends on how fast is your field office. This is one of the reasons why people do joint filing of I-485,I-765 and I-131 so that you can start working and going on trips even though your AOS is delayed.

I came to the US in Feb with k1 visa, got married April and filled for adjustment of status after, tho ive done my biometrics but i havent heard from them since.

As of 2023, people that we had interview same day got their package already without email or sms notification. I guess things aren't how we used to know.

Please go to DHL ooo.... Mine was issued on the 18th of Jan 2023 and I didn't get a mail or message, someone here told me to go to DHL and I went, collected it on the 26th! But I think it was ready and I was just wasting my time

I was told 10 working days for passport collection; which means we should be getting notification via email by next Tue latest.
Check email, cgi dashboard and CEAC website regularly to see change in status.

The stages vary for some batches, some had their essays before the one on one interview and vice versa, but the last and final stage is d head of hr one on one interview.

About the 1million naira target, if u are successful after the hr one on one interview, u will get a mail telling you that you have to open ten accounts for new customers with nothn less dan a hundred thousand naira each in their accounts which will bring give you a cumm of 1million naira. You will be given two weeks deadline and if u don't meet up with d deadline, u'll be dropped. If u check some nairaland threads abt access bank you'll know more abt d target thingy. But I didn't get such a mail dats y am still wondering if I havnt been dropped. Well like I said my fingers r still crossed.

Please what are the B.Sc degree requirements for direct entry into MBBS? My concern is if universities accept B.Sc Chemistry or any other physical science course for MBBS Direct entry. I am planning to get a D.E into MBBS in UI with Chemistry. Am I good to go? do my year one grades in my B.Sc degree make any difference though I have a 2.1 but year one result so bad.
