As you fall asleep, your body slowly relaxes. Usually you become less aware, so you do not notice the change. However, if you remain or become aware while falling asleep, you may notice that you cannot move or speak.

I feel body pain, this morning. I'm in my room.

I have experienced this, every year.
I'm 20.
Is it normal?

Yesterday's occurrence left me with more body pains and kinda made my body's temperature a little high but still, I felt it could be malaria.

But, the annoying thing is I treated myself a month ago or less - so I don't know what's happening to me?

Yesterday, this force choked me and as usual - I was paralyzed and while fighting back; I remember what my momma told me and I did manage to scream "Jesus!" but it was very low. I was also breathing heavily..

This is becoming too real to be an imagination, is it malaria again? Same sh*t, I spent over #5000 treating less than a month ago? Or is it the research I was making on UFO? But other attacks, I don't remember researching or reading sh*t?

So this has been happening to me, since I was a kid and after yesterday - I doubt, this is an imagination.

Whenever I sleep, sometimes I feel this force - so strong that it chokes me and left me paralyzed! Even when I try to fight back, we keep dragging for a minute or less - before letting me go while I breathe heavily.

I remember, I once told my momma this but never describe or went deep so I don't scare her since she's a very good Christian. She asked me to scream "Jesus!" whenever it happened. Whenever it happened, I do try to scream "Jesus!" but the force is way too strong that I can't do sh*t!

I didn't believe this was real and felt that it was caused by malaria or something, but thinking about it now made me realize this has happened on different occasions and even this year.

The problem becomes exacerbated due bad transportation systems and inefficiency moving from point a to point b if not, one can comfortably live in ibadan board a speed train or any other efficient transport systems to work without delay to Lagos same day. But you see those recketty busses, those ones go just mk dem sack you first of resumption, no cap.

The way, everybody's talking about Lagos is scary - and I wanna come over to there to hustle. Abuja isn't giving me what I need.

This issue has been eating me up for so long and i don't know what to do. My mother began pressurizing me to rent my own house and leave her alone.

It was unprecedented and i don't expect that from her. I'm barely 20 and I teach in a private school. I also do home lessons so my monthly income ranges from 25k to 30k or thereabout.

This money will not be enough for me to rent a house, buy my food and take care of myself. I have tried to explain but she refused to understand with me. She told her friends to advice me to leave; that I'm matured enough to live alone.

I stopped staying at home frequently, when I was 12 or so - I'm not proud of this, infact it still hurts. I never enjoyed my childhood.

I finally left home when I just turned 16 for some st*pid nwaboi apprenticeship, which stung me so hard because I did it - to please people. It wasn't my dream.

Now I'm 20 and I live alone, no girlfriend, no friend, just me. I haven't seen my momma for almost 5 years. What can I do? I guess, it's my destiny but after all these pains - I rather die rich or die trying.

Crazy thing is, I'm contemplating moving to Lagos if I don't reach my goal of saving up for a laptop and starting up some online business.

OP, you're old enough to live alone. I wouldn't interfere with the decision, you'd finally reach - it's your move.

The only reason I'm still in this state is because I'm still staying with my parents. When I eventually start living on my own, I will never stay in Lagos. Even in the future as a marriage man, I will not live with my family in Lagos.

I'd rather go to a saner state like akwa-ibom. I just love that state so much and in my opinion, it is better than Lagos especially for peace of mind and I feel it provides a better atmosphere to build myself financially.
