Just send the message and wait... One star review is very hard to deal with. You will need 6 five stars to level up the gig rating to 4.0... Which is a total watae of time. I will suggest you open a new account while you still keep checking to see if the buyer will come online again. But first send her a well composed message making her see reason to upgrade it. Then go and open new account. Because no body will patronize u with one star rating and your only raring for that matter.

If as you said that he left a good comment then contact him, he must have made a cheap mistake. Maybe he is new to Fiverr. Tell him politely that you noticed he left a 1 star rating which is not good for your profile and business at all. Considering the fact that he even left a good review. Just explain to him. And tell him that he can still go back to the page and do the upgrade.

On a second thought... Contact the buyer and ask him politely to change the rating... It seems it was unintentional since he gave a nice review

That's updated fiverr rule for the month of Nov, just create another account and move on or beg the buyer to give you 5 star.
