Fiverr is mad. They cancelled an order that has already been fulfilled. The guy already gave me a five-star review.
When I contacted cs, the guy said the client used PayPal to drawback his funds,.
I couldn't believe this. How possible.

its a pity it also happens ... there's been many cases too... EmmyK also had a similar experience and he reported to CS ...he won and his money was refunded not every case with CS usually ends badly

Brov I just had to quote the part that's relevant to me no offence ...This happened to me too earlier this year around April/may getting close to level 2 and the orders were rolling in... we had already concluded the transaction oh , the buyer even left me a lovely review ...few weeks later he came and he told me he wanted a refund , I thought he was joking since the order had been marked already ... he contacted CS and without even listening to my own side of things the money was taken out of my account .

Just like I told someone earlier on this thread , fiverr favours the buyer over the seller any day any time so if you have a problem with the buyer ...make sure you get to CS before the buyer or else na OYO be your case (and that's still not a guarantee) but I've also had good experience with CS once , the buyer ordered my gig without sending me a message ; it wasn't something I could do so I waited for the delivery time to lapse before I cancelled ..I still don't understand but somehow a one star rating was left on my gig ...I contacted CS with the details and order number and they removed it ...but they said its a one time favour only ,it won't happen again
