Take my advice..

Don't ask her nothing, Check her phone, if it's something you can handle, talk to her about it.

It’s a psychological thing so you’ve got to psyche yourself up,stay conscious and be intentional about it.Let it be ingrained your brain and imprinted in your mind that it’s a fruitless venture and an absolute waste of time,energy and resources and that you’re only enriching the bookies fetching water in an empty basket and you should be doing better with your hard earned money than literally throwing it away unless it ain’t hard earned money tho.The moment you’ve been able to win the psychological war you can take physical steps.

1.Delete and block all betting apps and sites on your devices and deactivate all the betting accounts you own.

2. If you always go to bet shops avoid that spot for the next 6 months for a start and if you can relocate to an area where these bet shops don’t abound then do it immediately.

3. Dissociate from friends and contacts or associates who are chronic punters and bet addicts as they would always drag you right back in and also engage in more purposeful living and stop seeing gambling as your only means of survival or you get out of the hood ticket.
