Finally! Multiple studies are proving that the voluptuous figures of countless Black women possess more benefits than just aesthetic perks – those curves may actually help them live longer. But why is this?

According to experts, the type of fat found in the thighs and backside may actually help reduce disease, as opposed to the dangerous and life-threatening effects of abdominal fat.

“The fact that body fat’s distribution is quite important for your health has been known for some time now,” said lead researcher Konstantinos Manolopoulos of the University of Oxford in England.

The review also suggests a mechanism for conveying those benefits. According to the experts, the next step is to figure out how our bodies decide where to store fat, say, in the stomach versus the butt.

“Once this is understood then one could think about therapeutic approaches to make use of that,”

Manolopoulos said. “Maybe to make use (of it) in a preventive way by redistributing the fat.”

Don’t take this news the wrong way though. This is only true to a certain degree as obesity increases your chances of developing chronic health conditions. This is because, per studies, researchers found that not all fat is created equal.

Inside her recently released autobiography Mãe Coragem (which translates to ‘Mother Courage’) , mother of Cristiano Ronaldo, Dolores Aveiro, claimed that she attempted to abort him when she was pregnant by ‘drinking warm beer’ and ‘running until she dropped’

Although she did not give any reason for wanting to abort her unborn child, Dolores said she had approached her doctor to carry out the abortion but he didn’t agree with it and refused to do it. She then resorted to doing it herself by drinking warm beer and running with the hope that she would lose the pregnancy.

“I wanted to abort but the doctor didn’t support my decision,” she wrote in her autobiography.

Speaking at the launch of the autobiography in Lisbon yesterday, Dolores said that Ronaldo already knew about his past and even joked about it. ““He told me when he found out, ‘Look mum, you wanted to abort me and now I’m the one who’s pulling the purse-strings in the house,’” she said

Americans ranked President Obama as the worst commander-in-chief since World War II in a new Quinnipiac poll. Of those polled, 33% rated Obama as the least impressive of the 12 Presidents since the last global conflict.

His predecessor, George W. Bush, was a close second with 28%.

When asked to rank the best Presidents since the 1945 war, Americans rated Ronald Reagan as the best with 35%. Clinton came second with 18% and in third was John Kennedy with 15%.

I was fully prepared to spend the rest of my days being indifferent to Jennifer Lopez and her once legendary butt. It did seem for awhile that she was on her way out. She squirted out some kids and let herself go. Her diva bullshit started to get out of control. She couldn’t sell records or concert tickets and was forced to take a gig as an American Idol judge, well known as one of the last rungs on the A-list ladder before a rapid descent into the lower reaches of celebrity. Clearly we underestimated J.Lo’s determination to remain relevant.

Through some strange alchemy she’s become all popular again, doing successful concert tours and selling records. Along with that career rejuvenation came a return to the beautiful rump that opened the door to big ass acceptance over a decade ago. It’s Jen’s ass that represents a happy medium between Kardashian insanity and flat ass monotony. She’s still mostly an annoyance to me in various ways, but if she’s willing to put in the time and effort to restore her booty to something resembling past glory, I guess I can extend her some grudging credit. A child of seven faces being expelled from primary school for copying Luis Suarez’s World Cup bite attack, it was reported last night (FRIDAY).

Liverpool fan Harvey Eaglen apparently got in trouble in Lowestoft, Suffolk, after seeing the Uruguay striker try to take a chunk out of Italy defender Giorgio Chiellini.

The bite-sized youngster is said to have sunk his teeth into a classmate’s wrist as they played football in the playground.

Harvey told teachers it was “what footballers do”. He was banned from the pitch and had his breaktimes cancelled for the rest of the day at Poplars Community School

Harvey is on his final warning, meaning he will be expelled if he gets in trouble again.

FIFA has banned Suarez, 27, from all forms of football for four months and suspended him for nine international games over the incident.

I recently shed some light on COMMITMENT PHOBIA but I may have forgotten to mention that most commitment phobic people don’t even know

that they are sufferers and sadly if this is the case then there’s no helping them snap out of it and as a result of this they will never realize that they hurt people unforgivably.

It is important to let someone know that they are commitment phobic because these are people who can actually make you go crazy because of their behavior. What with the making you second guess yourself and often sending you on guilt trips and other trips where you try figuring out whatever it is that you did wrong this time around?

The only way to live a normal and happy life, albeit with a bit of normal stress as God intended us to live is by handling our phobias. Therefore, a commitment phobe has to realize that they are suffering from commitment phobia in the first place in order to help them change their ways. After all, it is true that when you deal with a phobia or any problem for that matter you feel like a heavy burden has been lifted off your shoulders and you can then live and breathe easy. In which case you even get to realize your full potential and live a full quality life because when you heal, you have room to grow and change.
