i reject that. it is over due. we need to capital city to develop nigeria. lagos became develop because it was a capital city, abuja became developed because it is capital. If we move the capital. we would have three develop area , lagos, abuja and the new place. when they move again. we would have four develop city. lagos, abuja, new capitla and the next one. smart more for development. |
