You see the problem..You have the mind of someone who can do criminial activities thats why you think incognito is dodgy.

Incognito is created so that you browsing history cant be seen by another person who isnt an admin or owner of the property.

FOr example, if you go to a cybercafe, if you use normal browser and perharps you didnt log out before leaving, another customer might have access to your details or access to sites you visited (even after logging out) , and might use it for his own evil motives..

But with incognito, once you log out, your browsing history is cleared, so another person, who might have dubious motives wont have access to your details.

The admin or employer however, can still view with you do since they gave you the internet access.

Incognito is very useful, because if your phone got stolen, criminals wont hve access to your online saved details.

You have to be patient and strategic, if possible re-strategize, pretend as if you ain't bother about his moves and tricks to allow him relax, thereby giving you enough time to explore his information, via emails and phone chats e.t.c you cant be smarter and wiser than the person watching and observing you so says an African proverb therefore be patient and be more observant silently.

4. He's moves,insecurity, and hiding point to a fact that is a fraudster, there's always a high level of insecurity around a fraudster there are always alert, and impatient to avoid been exposed, they can never allow you to use their mobile phone just for a seconds.

I don't really know, but the Mortal Kombat: Scorpion Revenge animation movie didn't go down well with me... I can easily point out somethings that were done badly, if not horrible...
The Scorpion "come here/get over here" felt so ordinary when comparing to its video game voice. That should have been a moment of nostalgia, taking one down memory lane, especially for those who gamed MK (especially 2, 3, UMK, and Trilogy) to the fullest, but it wasn't.
