To these people, please don't give up and don't accept watching porn movies as normal because it is not. I don't want anyone to follow this lane, my life has been one of pains and regrets.
The only way to overcome this is by studying the word of God daily as well as praying to God always for his help.

in 2017, something started moving in my head. I started having pains, eye problems and all sort of medical issues.
I almost ran mad but God in his infinite Mercy healed me. I no longer experience those movements like before maybe occasionally. no eye problems etc.
but I have a medical condition that I am battling with right now though not life threatening but I believe so many years of Masturbation and disobedience to God was what brought all these into my life.
I decided to share my own story because I still believe there a lots of people who are still struggling and praying for God to finally overcome and there are others that have given up already.

whenever I was alone, it won't take time I would go watch another movie and masturbate.
it got to a time, I joined the choir in my school and became more serious with God. I went to see my boss who was quite respected in the fellowship back then. we took a picture in church, I was about sending it via Xender but I was shocked When I saw x-rated videos in his phone. I was disappointed, then I knew people were also struggling with it. I also observed that some persons are more addicted to watching these movies than other persons.
I failed over and over again(probably 200 times or even more), I got tired and just continued.

I observed I was no longer active socially, I was always alone. whenever I watched a movie, I will masturbate, sometimes 7-8 times a day.
I was dying but still indulged in it. I have watched over 500 of these videos on a very popular site. It got to a point I memorized the names of the pornstars that engaged in such acts.
I prayed alot for deliverance but the next minute, I would go back to it and even commit such acts *7. I am not exaggerating.
I gained admission into the University of Port Harcourt in 2011. I thought with school and all the activities, that it would soon be a thing of the past.

I Opened a thread about my struggles with Pornography and masturbation 2 years ago, it was quite brief. For some reasons, I want to share in details how I have battled with Pornographic videos, masturbated and also struggled with Fornication.
I got hold of a disk in my house, out of curiosity I played it and I watched how people engaged in different immoral acts. I was in S.S.S 2 then, prior to this time, I never knew anything about a woman.
It slowly became a habit for me and from there I would meet friends who had such videos in their phones, I would either watch it there or send to my phone via bluetooth.
I knew what I was doing then was wrong but I just kept on doing it.

Pray to God about your intension to quit and tell him to help you in Jesus Christ name.
Make sure you're studying your bible day and night Joshua 1:8.
Sanctify and purify environment with the blood of Jesus Christ.
Sanctify and purify thought, words, body and soul with the blood of Jesus Christ.
Stay away from strange friends until you're strong enough to say no to immorality and mean it.
Do not forsake the gathering of the children of God. It is well in Christ Jesus name. Amen.

Through my relationship with the Holy Spirit. I get to know the Holy Spirit and the more I get to know him, the more strength and power I get to do things of God. So I was forget every known sin including masturbation

Only grace of God can rescue one from those sins. It is a typical of" He shows mercy to those He chooses to show mercy".

It's true. "As the heavens is above the earth so His ways are not our ways".

You don't know who you are helping. If God has given you the grace to overcome these sins(fornication and masturbation), please share your experience. It will help others to grow in Christ

the Bible says we become servants to whatever we obey. the thoughts kept coming and are still coming but they are destroyed by the word of God.

If you are still struggling, don't give up. keep studying the word of God, pray earnestly and keep believing. in no due time, God will give you victory in Jesus Name....Amen

Sir, Should we continue in sin because grace abounds? God forbid. we are saved when we accept Lord Jesus Christ as our Lord and Personal saviour, repenting from our sins and following in His footsteps.

Let us all strife for perfection as our Lord Jesus Christ is perfect.

From my struggles with sin, I came to discover that going back to any sin that you have been able to overcome has dire consequences.
The state of that person will be worse than his previous state. The Bible also supports this

John.5.14 - Afterward Jesus found him in the temple, and said to him, "See, you have been made well. Sin no more, lest a worse thing come upon you."

Matt.12.43 - "When an unclean spirit goes out of a man, he goes through dry places, seeking rest, and finds none.

Matt.12.44 - Then he says, "I will return to my house from which I came.' And when he comes, he finds it empty, swept, and put in order.

Matt.12.45 - Then he goes and takes with him seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter and dwell there; and the last state of that man is worse than the first. So shall it also be with this wicked generation."

The Bible says "Let us put away the sin that easily besets us."

When you struggle with sins of fornication, masturbation, stealing e.t.c. Stop saying God understands, He is merciful. yes, God is always merciful and kind but abhors sin in it's totality. The devil often tempts us to do it one more time, that God will forgive us...the Bible says we should not grieve the holy spirit by continuing in sin and praying for forgiveness without truly repenting of our sins.

The Bible says "The devil is a roaring lion seeking for whom to devorur". The devil steals, kills and destroys but our Lord Jesus Christ has come to give life in abundance.

we should all wake from our slumber. The Bible says we should be vigilant and sober at this time.

If you are still struggling with sin, the first step is don't accept it as normal. it is not God's will for us to continue in sin but for all to repent.

Keep praying, study God's word and never give up. Always ask for God's help to overcome any sin you re struggling with
