Just download the latest rom, copy it to the internal memory of your phone in a folder named 'downloaded_rom' (you can create the folder yourself), then open the updater app(normally located in tools), click the 3 dots on the top right of your screen, then choose updater package, scroll to the folder 'downloaded_rom' and select the file. Your phone will immediately flash the rom, takes about 15 mins or so.
You can download the rom from here, download the global stable rom (1.5gig), http://en.miui.com/download-321.html

Hello house . My Mi Note 2 came during the week. I bought it from Eternal store on Ali express together with mi band 2. Thank God it was purchased when GTB was magnanimous enough to give us the rate of 320 per dollar. Menh, the experience with this phone so far is non comparable.
