Guys I finally collected my certificate yesterday at ikeja... I went with both coloured and photocopies but one of the coloured documents was missing.... So I had to submit the photocopy and it was accepted.

Also guys, ensure you go with the exact passport you submitted online... The passport I used online was remaining just one.. And they needed two, but they wouldn't collect the other passport I had because it wasn't the same cloth/type... So I had to go reproduce that passport outside with extra cash... 8 copies when I needed just 1 extra

How long do you think I need before I go to their office to collect my certificate (I am in Osun State by the way and I picked Osun as my originating office)? And what and what documents did you take along? will it be the exact one we uploaded to their portal? I have my NIMC ID card with me but we are four as proprietors, hope I can be able to collect it on behalf of others without taking anything along from them? I submitted my application since April 11th... It was until I logged in the docUpload portal(2days ago) that I noticed I didn't submit the uploaded documents after uploading.. I was so pained enh... I've been wasting my time all these while thinking the process is taking too long...
I submitted it and was queried same day... Solved the query, was queried again the following day (yesterday) solved it... Just checked now and I've been registered....

So Bro, don't be like me... Check your docUpload portal if you submitted after uploading...

If you submitted, it'll show processing.. But if you didn't, you'll still have the option to delete the files....

Bro, I cant cry right now. The thing was displaying delete,delete for the documents. I have submitted and it is now showing processing sha. I am very sure I clicked on the submit when I did it then. They should sha give me a break and accept my registration and the certificate.

Are you the one that called me yesterday? Yes I have. In fact I do so almost every day, still on pending approval since April 11. I got a mail like a week ago, dated for my May 25 business name approval and then the one they rejected. I have sent them mail this morning as none of their numbers is going through. Have you been given certificate? We did it almost the same time then.

Almost 3 months and my application is still in pending approval stage. This is getting too long

Computer training is not even in the nature of business I chose.

Same issue I had oh... Even after proficiency cert has been scrapped days before (saw the news on their website) they still said I should upload it or remove it from my nature of biz.. I had to remove it.

It should not give you any issue. Login your account and when you are in your dashboard, you will see name registration and company registration. Click on the company registration and start.

Please where did you get this from? They still insisted that I upload ict certificate and I have uploaded my ND certificate (Computer Science) for them. They should give me a break. Maybe I need to send them this link, their wahala is too much.

That was how they were giving me problems for proficiency certificate... Even after the issue of certificate has been scrapped by CAC.. they were still saying I should upload Computer training certificate until I had to remove the computer training from my nature of business

Nawa for them o. It does not even make sense.

Do you have any certification as an IT professional? Either a certificate in Data processing, Graphic design or anyone.
Better still, if you are competent in Graphics design, you can design a certificate if you lack such.

Thank you. I have been able to submit on the document upload portal in their homepage. That one was working, unlike the service.cac.gov.ng after login in. Time to wait for feedback now.

Have you been able to upload? I just tried it now and it's not working. Seems like a bad link the docupload.cac.gov.ng. I am using MTN by the and the network is very strong here.
