I need advise . My builder used a mixture of 16 mm and 12 mm to form the starter bars and columns . That is for each column he used two 12 mm and Two 16 mm to form the square structure the 16 mm diagonally faces each other also the 12 mm. I have been reading on Naira land and the standard here has been that columns should be done with only 16 mm. I need advise please .
The location of the project is umunze and the ground there is hard ground

The columns and starter bars for my foundation was done with a mixture of two 12 mm and two 16 mm each because of this I have stopped work and don’t know what to do
