Lol. May I ask you if you ever lived in Osun state and perhaps during Aregbe administration? His own exploitation of the people of Osun state even went beyond sales of employment forms but also included persuading people to form cooperative societies and register with Ministry of Commerce with the promise to disburse loans to them. That scam spanned his 8 years rule in Osun state, 10 people per group, 10,000 naira with no one ever received any loan.
BTW: I purchased TESCOM form (now known as TEPO) in 2012/13 as well as the purchase of civil service form after that of TESCOM, may be 2014/15
