Religion / Have Seen This? What Every Lady Need To Read! by Thentrance1: 12:28am On Feb 17, 2017
THE GREAT PRICE IN A WOMAN’S LIFE

Women are not weak people, they are stronger than they appear. They have a unique spirit in them and they tend to be discerning more than men. They have quick response to the Lord, they have a yielding heart towards the Lord. Over the times the world has seen women as the weakest thing in the world, they have stabbed who a woman is and engage them with what they are not when seen under the picture of the word of God. They have taken them to be nothing by saying words like “it is men’s world” but the truth is a woman has a divine strength within that is often stronger than that of a man, they have a deep wisdom that need to be drawn out from within. This they operate in it a little but when they pay more attention to it, it will become a great virtue for them. A woman is engrace with the life of God and often when their husbands learn to build them to become the woman they ought to be, it is such a great blessing for the man.

HOW DO YOU GIVE FULL EXPRESSION TO YOUR WOMANHOOD?

SPENDING TIME WITH THE WORD AND PRAYER.

Psalms 1:2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.

Colossians 4:2 Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving;

To start with, the word “his and he” here does not leave the woman aside, in scriptures we often see where the word points to a man and also a woman. But specifically we see occasions when scriptures says man and it refers to both man and woman, so also is this scripture. As a woman your delight should be in the law of God and you do this by studying the word day and night. When you spend time with the word you will become what the word of God says you are, I want you to know that the likeness of God is not for men alone, it’s for both men and women, that’s why scriptures says a woman is an heir together of the grace of life with her husband.

“When you get yourself soaked with the word of God you will come out to become what God says about you”

The truth is, a thing may be in a woman’s life and she may not realise it and just allow it lie their within her. A woman is like a field that need to be cultivated and then pull out the resources in her by investing the right seeds in her to make her live her uttermost expression in life. Being a woman is not about attending to things but about living out to your full potentials in Christ Jesus. The effect of prayer and the word in a woman’s life is great, it pulls out your divine strength within, it pulls out your very nature in the Lord, it takes you beyond just an ordinary woman to what God has called you to be. When you spend time and right resources in prayer and the word and reading books it enlightens your mind, enlarges your heart more in response to the Lord, bringing out the unknown, unreached, untapped resources in you and they draw it out like you draw out with joy from the wells of salvation. You can’t spend time in prayer and the word and not live a God ordained life. No! It’s in the secret place of prayers that your true womanhood will be birthed and nourished till it reach an incomparable life from the rest of the world and when that is in you no one will resist the wisdom at which you speak and the Spirit of God behind it.

“The life of God in us does not know gender, it only produce in you the measure of your walk with God”

DRAW OUT THAT HIDDEN MAN WITHIN

1 Peter 3:2 While they behold your chaste conversation coupled with fear.

3:3 WHOSE ADORNING LET IT NOT BE THAT OUTWARD ADORNING of plaiting the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel;

3:4 BUT LET IT BE THE HIDDEN MAN OF THE HEART, in that which is NOT CORRUPTIBLE, even the ORNAMENT OF A MEEK AND QUIET SPIRIT, which is in the sight of God of GREAT PRICE.

It’s good to look beautiful as a woman, I for one specifically love it but you must look out to the hidden man of the heart as the word says. I know within me that a woman is more than who they think they are, and that fixed knowledge about a woman must change. A woman is concealed within and needs to be revealed.

“You will understand that she has been in Adam until God caused Adam to sleep and then brought Eve out of Adam(and that’s the more reason Adam defined a woman to be taken out of man), she has always been hidden within Adam, you know Adam was made from the ground but Eve was made from what has been made and lies hidden in Adam until God took occasion to draw her out of Adam”

I tell you a woman need to be revealed! A lot of people feel they know women, no, wait till they are revealed and they see their full potential in Christ Jesus.

Let’s look at that scripture briefly…

NOT CORRUPTIBLE
The hidden man of the heart of a woman is not corruptible. This means the inner nature and virtue which you possess is not corruptible and that’s what you should adorn yourself with. For something to be incorruptible it has to be immortal, for you as a woman you possess that immortal life within. It must be lived and I tell you is beyond beauty. Beauty reduces a little with age but inner beauty renews your beauty within to reflect it without.

“The beauty of a woman is more than her outward beauty but her true beauty is a reflection of the life she possess within”

You should learn to adorn yourself in such a way that when people come close they will know there is something special about you as a woman. They will sense that incorruptible life within. That incorruptible life is the life of God within you and you need to live it out(to adorn yourself with it).

2. ORNAMENT OF MEEKNESS

One of the things a woman must adorn herself with is meekness, that’s gentleness of spirit, slow to anger and swift to hear. When meekness is in place in a woman’s life it draws out the purity of the Lord in her such that it distinct your womanhood. A meek woman is not a weak woman but a woman that possess great virtue which energizes her strength within.

“The true beauty of a woman is seen in meekness, when meekness is in place in a woman’s life it separate her from others”

You can’t hide meekness when it is operating in your life, though it is hidden in the heart but when lived it will clearly be seen that there is something you carry.

“A woman carry something within but can not be known truly to her unless she spend time digging through the word of God and in prayers, these two factors will bring them out in her”

3. ORNAMENT OF A QUIET SPIRIT

This is where the secret of a woman lies, a quiet spirit. I have seen this operated in a lot of people’s lives and I tell you it’s such a great gift as I may call it. This quiet spirit is seen especially when storms and challenges comes, it uphold a woman such that it stands the storm with this peace within. A quiet spirit in a woman kills worry. When you possess yourself with this quiet spirit it builds in you even the ability to hold your husband and often men don’t have this. A quiet spirit gives a woman direction as she is guided by the peace of God.

“You identify a woman with a quiet spirit when she does not have worries even when there are things to worry about, her quiet spirit destroys worry”

The Bible called these three things a great price. Your husband will honour the grace of God in your life when he sees this in operation in your life even your children will call you blessed. I hope you are blessed by this?

Religion / Securing The Path Way To Leadership by Thentrance1: 11:52am On Jan 11, 2017
"You lead effectively when you place others first"

That a party is good is not in the name of the party but you as an individual. Party don't make people, people make the party.

To erect a change in our political sector we ourselves must have encounter measures of change by training
If we can train people from the church and stand in quality leadership we will have good leaders in our nation.

A good leader is first a servant before he becomes a leader. No leadership begins with leading, every leadership starts with first being a servant.

The secret to leadership is not in your degrees or in your age but in the check of your servanthood life
When you submit to the training of servant leadership, you'll not call for leadership but leadership will call for you.

The need of the hour on leadership always requires urgency and leaders are not chosen by emergency but by preparation.

We misplace priority of leadership by thinking of our gains and not to evoke with a ready mind to think of ourselves last.

Character is the true existence and the life span of leadership. A leader without character is like a drum without sound.

Therefore to stand on the ground of leadership we must have seen your track record in your secret and silent labours when you're unknown.

For the days of preparation often do not mean you'll arise to be a leader some day but that you'll definitely live as a servant to serve the people all your life.

You can either be born a leader or be made into leadership but the goal is always that you have a heart of a servant.

Leadership have a common language which is not to arise and pursue a position in the public affair but to be engaged first in servant leadership as leadership will call for you.

We must understand that leaders are not often called but servants are always needed, especially the ones with the trade mark of service for leadership.

Religion / Understanding Contentment by Thentrance1: 11:02pm On Jan 10, 2017
"Contentment does not mean you should not have more but it means you're just fine with what the Lord gives"

Contentment is important in our lives as believers. We are not like every other persons on the earth but a people separated unto God. Though we have place contentment to mean not to have more of the things we desire but the truth is they must be under the guide of what heavens gives. There are things that God gives that is more than wealth, often people seek wealth than the word that proceed out of His mouth. God knows where the fishes are no matter your expertise His voice is enough to lead you to the place where your net will break when it comes to wealth. The skill to contentment is to be godly, so it becomes a gain when you apply godliness with contentment.

1 Timothy 6:6 But godliness with contentment is great gain.

One of the ways to get rid of greed is to be content. People that dare opens the door for contentment often do not lack. Even when they lack physically they are kept by the guide of God's voice through their lack and this to them means contentment.

"Satisfaction does not come by the multitude of what you possess but by the contentment that you possess of God"

Man is not free unless he is content. So, contentment means to have God and to be well enough to hear Him and to receive of Him. Your contentment is tested when you have little and is tried when you have much. Contentment drives the heart like a sea that can not to be troubled even when storms of life comes, it stands its ground yet in times of trouble. Contentment shut your eyes off the lost of this world into what the Lord gives. It brings you to the door of satisfaction that makes you seek that which proceeds from the Lord. Just a little mustard seed is enough to make you content than that which draw your eyes away from the Lord, that is what greed does. The harmful effect of greed is to be content. In the river of greed lies the hunger for more just for a burn but a content heart is like a man that looks to heaven for His daily bread. To be content is to appreciate what heavens brings to you even when the world shines it's distraction to you, you just stay content. Being content is not in having much or little but to be fine with what the Lord gives.

Religion / Enjoying The Days Of Trouble by Thentrance1: 3:56am On Jan 10, 2017
"Lord, Thou hast bid me seek Thy face, and shall I seek in vain? And shallthe ear of sovereign grace be deaf when I complain?" -Charles Spurgeon

The times of trouble are times when we actually have no strength to pray yet we are in a deep mess and a deep trouble. When it looks like the whole world is against us and it looks like everything is moving but we seem not to make a move and then we look at the leaf that falls from the tree that "even this one is moving" yes those are the days of trouble. But the good news is God said to call Him in those days! Isn't that wonderful and a relief?!

1. God said to call upon Him in the days of trouble and He will answer

"The reason we have emergency numbers is because when we call they will always answer for that's what they are made for. God is made for the days of our troubles"

Psalms 50:15 And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.

God, do you actually mean that? We ask in our hearts. But no one will teach us to call emergency number when in trouble, we will not think maybe the government actually meant that we should call the number, we will just call because we know they will answer quickly because we are in trouble. And scriptures says the Lord is near to those who call on Him

Psalms 145:18 The LORD is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth.

So in your time of trouble as you call upon the Lord, He will hear, He is near. You know why He is near? He is the very present help in the time of trouble.

Psalms 46:1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

Still doubting? Sure you shouldn't by now, He is the very present help in the time of trouble, the word of God didn't just use present help but a very present help. So as you call on Him in this time of trouble God says "I'll deliver you!"

Psalms 50:15 And call upon me in the day of trouble: I WILL DELIVER THEE, and thou shalt glorify me.

Why wait a second to call someone that can help in the time of trouble? I guess No. Imagine a man at the very last breathe about to die and he sees a man pass by will he be silent? No! He knows that's the very present that is most available as he is in trouble and the Bible we read tells that He is very present help in trouble. One of the names of God means Standby, so it means a very standby(present) help in the time of trouble. This tells to me that the time of trouble is one of the best time to call on God because He said "I'll deliver him"

2. God is with us in time of trouble

"One thing is common in the time of trouble when we call on the Lord: He will not only deliver us but He will honour us"

Psalms 91:15 He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.

God will honour our cry when we call upon Him in trouble and the promise of His word says He will be with us in trouble. We must know that we are not alone. God is with us in that trouble, He is not just with us alone to be saying "sorry son", He is present to help as we call Him, so as we call on Him, He will answer us and deliver us because He is with us in the time of trouble.

"God always proves His name Emmanuel in the times of trouble"

Even as you cry in that situation, cry to God in faith in that trouble and see the Lord answered you. I'm sure in a sense that Apostle Paul may have never cried out to God consistently in prayers three times like he did when He was in trouble, then God came and deliver Him by saying that His strength is sufficient for Paul. Approach Him in that trouble with the knowledge of His word that He says He will answer you, He will deliver you and He will honour you and then you'll glorify Him. When we see things like this in times of trouble we will approach our troubles with the assurance of faith that God will hear us and He will deliver us!

Religion / What Will You Say Of The Lord? by Thentrance1: 1:58am On Jan 10, 2017
"When a believer pray to God, he does not have unreachable access with God when faith is involved through what He says of the Lord"

Before praying to God we understand why we want to pray to Him. We must understand what we want to do in prayers by knowing that we want to say words to the Lord but we need to ask ourselves "what can I say of the Lord?" what you say of the Lord will tell if you understand what you're doing by coming to God in prayers. But what does the Psalmist says?

Psalms 91:2 I WILL SAY OF THE LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.

"What you say of the Lord is a true revelation of Who the Lord is to you"

The Psalmist say, "I will say of the Lord..." what can you say of the LORD? This question must cross deep in our hearts before we take to prayers because what you say of a person must come under the guide of a knowing. What do you know of the Lord?

"What you know of the Lord will determine what you will say of the Lord"

We must understand that what we know of someone will determine how we deal with the person. You can not talk much of a stranger than a man that lives with the stranger. In fact a stranger is a stranger because he is so, but those that know him knows that he is not a stranger. What can you say of the Lord? The true revelation of what we know of the Lord will tell how we respond to situations. When a man his cheated by some men for example and he understands that he has a strong lawyer, what he does is that he will need to remember that he has a strong lawyer that does not lose a case then with boldness he dares to call him for help. So it is with God.

"What we know of the Lord will secure how we deal with Him in prayers and how we fellowship with Him"

So the Psalmist says I WAY SAY OF THE LORD

1.He is my refuge
Refuge talks about shelter. This tells me that He understood that the Lord is enough to house Him and remember that Jesus houses the Godhead bodily and also that we are saved by running into the tower of the Lord which is His name. Tower is a building.

Proverbs 18:10 The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe.

"Safety lies in being under God"

He says "I'll say of the Lord, He is my refuge" meaning He is the one that shelters me in the time of storm even before storm am always found there. You don't just run to God because of storm, you must have known where you're running to before storm. That's what David will say of the Lord.

2.He is my fortress
Fortress is a place protected against attack. So see the link you come under the shelter of the Lord and then you're sure of no attack because you'll be fully guided. No wonder his son wrote that the name of the Lord is a strong tower and that safety lies in that tower of His name. So David was actually saying God is my shelter and in Him I can not come under attack because His eyes are upon me.

1 Peter 3:12 FOR THE EYES OF THE LORD ARE OVER THE RIGHTEOUS, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.

"God is not just enough to house us, He is also able to keep us fully secured"

Then you understand when he said evil can never come near us.

Psalms 91:7 A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but IT SHALL NOT COME NIGH THEE.

One important thing that David said he will say of the Lord again is that

3. My God
You see, you must learn to personalize God even when others choose to deny Him. You must learn to stand by His name and take up to Him alone and say "My God!"

"Some things must become so personal before it can become so general"

My God! He is my God, can you say that for some seconds, "MY GOD!" when the revelation of who God is dawn on us, we will understand how to take Him so personal. That's why Paul was saying that I may know Him

Philippians 3:10 THAT I MAY KNOW HIM, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;

"It is the measure of our identity in Him and with Him that determines what we can say of Him"

Lastly, he said

4. In Him will I trust
When God has become so personal with you and you know Him and then we know Him as a church we will definitely trust Him. We will trust Him because He is our God, we must have all the available right to call Him
"Our God!" and that will follow that you know Him and trust Him.

"Trust is the true reflection of a KNOWING"

When we know God truly we will trust Him. Our hearts must be ready to say of the Lord "My God, in Him will I trust!" we must change what we say of the Lord "Oh God is too slow!" or "Kai! God does not answer prayers" but I'll say of the Lord my God in Him will I trust!

"Doubt in God is our shallow understanding of Him, when we know Him will dare to believe Him"

Now what will you say of the Lord?

Religion / Mentoring Your Son On The Path Way To Fatherhood by Thentrance1: 10:13pm On Jan 09, 2017
We have discussed on REFLECTING THE FATHERHOOD OF GOD we advice that you click on the topic to read just the way it appears on this article. We are aware that the role of father is very important in every children's life. The absence of fathers in home has cause a lot of problems for the children especially the males, they have found no good example to relate with. They have seen no one to follow and to look up to so that they can receive instructions, guidance and be taught on the path to fatherhood. We need fathers back in the homes so that they can mentor their children on the path to fatherhood because they will soon become one. We understand by the word of God that God is our Father and that God represents Himself more to Jesus as a good Father and that's why we always see Jesus talking about His Father.

Matthew 10:32 Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before MY FATHER which is in heaven.

Matthew 12:50 For whosoever shall do the will of MY FATHER which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.

I've come to understand that children hardly make mention of their fathers especially when they are the type that do wrong always, even if they will mention their fathers, they will always tell of their bad. But for the case of Jesus He always refer to God as His Father.

HOW TO MENTOR OUR SONS INTO FATHERHOOD

Be the very example before them

We see Jesus saying that the reason He is working is because He sees the Father working. Jesus has learn to do what the Father is doing.

John 5:17 But Jesus answered them, My Father worketh hitherto, and I work.

We see that to mentor our children we need to be the example to them. Children actually love to do what their parents do before them and before this can happen there must have been a relationship between them.
Bear witness of your son
Fathers need to mentor their children so much that they can attest to their children that they are like them. We see Jesus saying that God bear witness of Him and that's very important
John 8:18 I am one that bear witness of myself, and the Father that sent me beareth witness of me.

John 5:32 There is another that beareth witness of me; and I know that the witness which he witnesseth of me is true.

The truth is, you can not bear witness of a child you did not have time for and you never mentored or displayed good fatherhood before. We see Paul saying something on how he discipled Timothy

2 Timothy 2:2 And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.

The reason for mentoring your son is so that he can also mentor his children and when that it done then you're a good father

Proverbs 13:22 A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children's children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just.

* Be a life giver
You mentor your son by the life of God that you have, when as a father you study and pray before your son by that you're impacting that grace to your son. Children learn by sight. We must learn to be life giving fathers in prayers, in the word and in our conduct. We saw the Father given life to the Son like He has in Himself

John 5:26 For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself;

Some children has lost life in themselves because fathers have not properly mentored their children on the pathway to fatherhood. We can give them life again.
Make your son your friend by showing him secrets
Proper mentoring lies in showing secrets, until you show the secret of your success to your children you have not properly mentored them. Your children must be your friends that you reveal secrets to, especially the secret of your prosperity, how you made it so far and early, your walk with God how you got to love the Lord and the scriptures. Servants hardly know secrets in the home it takes a father that has taken his children as friends to reveal secrets to them

John 15:15 Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.

John 17:10 And all mine are thine, and thine are mine; and I am glorified in them.

The truth is the continuity of what you have will only exist when you learn to tell the secret of your success or walk with God with your children. We will be good fathers indeed when we learn the fatherhood of God. As fathers we need to mentor our sons to fatherhood so that the life we have in Christ and our abilities can span through in life by them.

Religion / Reflecting The Fatherhood Of God by Thentrance1: 8:48pm On Jan 09, 2017
"To understand fatherhood you need to understand the fatherhood of God"

The word Father means Source, Originator, Producer, Generator, Sustainer. All of these should be what fathers should reflect or show to their children. We need to learn fatherhood from God our heavenly Father. He originated fatherhood and we need to learn Fatherhood from Him. We may not become good fathers unless we see from how He Father us as His people. Lets see how to reflect the fatherhood of God

1. THE FATHER GIVES LIFE

"Fathers ought to give life to their children like God gives life to us by nurturing their children with the life of God"

We understand by the word of God that God gives life to Jesus to have life in Himself just like the Father has life in Himself.

John  5:26  For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself;

This tells that first the Father has life in Himself before He could give life to the Son to have life in Himself also. It means  we can't offer the life of God that we don't have to our children. We need to tap life and stay with the source of life so that we can give life to our children. Homes do not bear life because the father in the home has no life of God in him. We need to stay in fellowship with the Lord so that we can access the life of God and then give life to our children.

2. The Father loves

"When fathers love their children it is one of the greatest security that the children have"

Fathers need to know how God the Father loves His church and how the love measure for His Son Jesus Christ and we His children is so the same and they expect us to continue in that same love measure.

John  15:9  As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love.

We see that the Father loves truly and we need to love our children so dearly that we care so much about them. For us to understand the love that the Father has for us, John said what manner of love the Father bestowed or lavished upon us to be called sons of God just like Jesus is called the Son of God.

1 John  3:1  Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.

We see that fathers need to lavish love on their children for this will build confidence of Sonship in them like it did to us His church

3. He secures or watches over us

"Fathers love their children jealously by also watching over them in prayers"

There is a way that when the father of a child shows up or when the Father of a child follow his child to a place where the child was being beaten for example, that brings out confidence in that child to fight because of the father. Fathers activate confidence in their children with their presence especially when they are with them. God does the same, His eyes are always on us

1 Peter  3:12 FOR THE EYES OF THE LORD ARE OVER THE RIGHTEOUS, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.

Isaiah  41:10 Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

Our eyes need to watch over our children as God does to us, we do this by watching over them in prayers.

4.He instructs, teach and guide us

"Children will always need direction and fathers are needed to show the path to go for their children"

We need fathers that can instruct, teach and guide the children and truthfully this is inherent in all males, that ability to teach the family. There is a way that what fathers teach their children stays in the heart of the children more than what anyone can ever teach them. It's so nice to hear your children say "it's dad that instructed me on this path, or it's dad that taught me that" we see the Lord by mercy teaching us also and instructing us His people

Psalms  32:8  I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.

Fathers need to do this to their children, to instruct, to teach and to guide them.

5. God knows our needs

"We can learn to discern the need of our children by providing them ahead before they request for it"

Jesus was speaking about the things that the gentiles seek after and then He said "your heavenly Father knows that you have need of these things"

Matthew  6:32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seeksmiley for YOUR HEAVENLY FATHER KNOWETH THAT YE HAVE NEED of all these things.

What's more sweet than us as fathers providing for the needs of our children before they ever asked of it.

Matthew  6:8  Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.

"Everything we need He supplies, You've got this figured out. -Travis Greene"

The providing part of fatherhood is very important and we need to pay attention to their needs and also meet them. We need to care for them and also watch over them in prayers. We sustain our children and reflect the fatherhood of God by loving them, instructing them, watching over them. We will only become award winning fathers before God by reflecting the fatherhood of God to our children.
