I would like to know if you used Uni-assist or not for a Master's degree taught in German. If not, can you help with applying, as regards document and other requirements.

Best option is to get someone oversees to help you pay then you'll send the Naira equivalent to them. Although you can try Payday, PayPal etc.
The dollar transaction limit will prevent any card from Nigeria from completing such payments.

Be careful!
Not all schools accept at home GRE.
Do your research before it's too late!

But still can't speak, write and read well

We mostly learnt by ourselves. Although we always take exams in the target language to serve as motivation.
your English is well understandable though

Funny thing is I'm thinking of whether I start learning Japanese or not (all the katakana and hiragama stuffs)

Some friends of mine are just starting out and they want me to join them but am currently learning another language so I'm still contemplating.

Because they are applying for a Japanese graduate scholarship .

APC is full of bitterness, as if public office is their birthright. I remember when Fashola lost his dad, Jonathan was physically there to condole with him. Then Jonathan lost his mother in-law and not even a word of condolence came from Fashola or any APC leader. What am I even saying?
