So according to my research,
July 3, 2021 is a Saturday in case y'all want to wait that long.
July 3, 2016 is a Sunday.
Ain't no law banning Weddings on a Sunday.

Or you could do July 2, 2016.
That way you could do an anniversary and birthday over a two day period every year.
