I am thinking of starting the baked snacks business. I plan to employ just one lady for now, somebody young and active. I will have to get an oven; a smaller, cheaper one, with flour, sugar, butter, eggs, in bulk. I suspect my challenges will be in registration of trademark, branded packaging, pricing and supply. to cut costs, I thought of having brand name with mobile number on a paper roll out I can keep cutting off to staple to the nylon wrap...for each pie, or fish roll, or bunch of buns....pricing has to be cheap for my start up target cache. this will directly contrast quality, because quality must be superb, international standard. one hundred naira per snack, and am making them big size. civil servants in secretariat first.
