Am a landlord too, I think if you approach your landlord personally, and talk to him, he may be willing to listen. I am landlord with houses in lagos, I have not increase a single rent on any of my properties for the past 5 years. That doesnt mean that the idea of increasing the rent if not on my mind, but sometimes you just have to have human feeling towards certain things. 1 Like |
