I told you guys earlier that for now, you don't need any admission letter. The embassy will contact the school when you apply for visa to know the authencity of your admission letter and if they have slot to admit you guys for February or June intake. I have someone that got visa with last year admission letter from University of Minho (That's if you agree, and if you don't, that's your cup of tea.).

Someone send me PM calling me all sort of names that I don't reply on time and I asked him, how much did you pay me to post and reply?
I have already concluded that I will leave the thread but I shouldn't use someone mess to mess others up.
I have more than 10 people courtesy of this thread waiting for their visa and I guess some might have gone far with their process.
The guy that call me names knows himself and I do urge him to know that seun and justwise are not paying me a dime but when he comes to Portugal, I promise him €500 or a month accommodation. You pay back evil with good.

HelloT:

And we won't be under too much pressure cos na lang course we go do till sept next year. We can pay for just a. month and look for cheaper alternatives letter. Our main worry now na to legalize and for them to issue us acceptance against feb
Hello. T, you dey on point, you can look for other alternative. In short, is possible you get your visa through with UTAD admission letter and documentation and enrol in another school here. N/B: You need to have another school admission and accommodation before you can do that cos the school you enrol with will be the one to process your resident permit card for you.

Yea bro...we proceed as planned, how do you plan accommodation bro think 300euro kinda cost with their food...sometime man pikin fit no wan chop o.. .....is there any option for accommodation?but theroyalprince please we need the letter for february intake....
For the accommodation, you can come together to share a room then you divide 300euro on per head and if you're a big boy like moneybag100, 300euro should be a chicken change. For the food, if you know want chop, you don belle food be that.

Okay... That means we can proceed since they will issue us letter for feb? I think is even better sef? Moneybag what do you think?
@theroyalprince please do we have to remind them to issue us undergrad acceptance letter for feb since embassy won't issue visa for lang course? Sorry if my questions dey too much.
You won't have any issue with the admission letter issued for visa application even though it was October that was stated on it and even though if there's any, we'll sort it out.

2. The school gives you option of February and June Intake.
3. The entire programme of the school is in Portuguese Language so come forth before your programme, you have to learn Portuguese Language.
4. No one required any special admission nor admission letter for the Portuguese Language Programme.

5b. In this course, the school have to issue your admission as UG Programme in order to come in to Portugal easily via the embassy.

You can start your verification and visa process as soon as possible.

I have call the school too.
The guy I know there said he will discuss with the admission office if they can give waiver to Nigeria applicants.
I'm expecting the guy reply any moment from now.
Once the guy hit me, I will hit you too.
My problem now is those that "pile up overseas university admission letter". Once they got admitted, oti tan niyen.

I'm sorry all.
Mail the school that they should send you the admission letter hard copy, that during your registration when you report to the school, you will pay the application fee with the tuition fee.
The next step is to proceed to Portuguese Embassy for verification of your documents before visa application.

I'm here on a long time break and the best for me is to apply here.
You should have ask me what type of visa am applying for.
For UTAD, I was told they offer admission to Nigerian applicants. I was even send a Pm by the guy I know at the school. Pls let me know if anyone is offered admission here.

DrBlack: I have same car (corrolla 1999) and same problem( fan comes on when ignition is on the on position), and I seek same solutions. am not sure if the thermostat is absent or struck open . I have a P0125 code insufficient coolant temperature for closed loop fuel control. I stay in lagos.

P0125 Toyota - Insufficient Coolant Temperature for Closed Loop Fuel Control

Possible causes
- Low engine coolant level
- Leaking or stuck open thermostat
- Faulty Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor
- Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor harness is open or shorted
- Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor electrical circuit poor connection.

Car Talk / Re: Knowing Your Engine Configuration. by TheRoyalprince(m): 6:40am On Sep 23, 2014
talk2odim: Hello Sieana, i am very sorry to digress a bit but i really need to be comforted with your unparalleled auto skills, knowledge and guidance.
I have been having this noticeable vibration on my 2009 camry le (4 cylinders) this prompted me to go for a comprehensive scan. The results gave a P0560, P0441, C1300 and U0073.
The auto mechanic says the P0560 error could mean a damaged ECU. Now this got me a bit confused. i need to know if a defective ECU will still be able to render errors codes et al. The car appears to drive fine but vibrates intermittently.
The plugs are new and the recommended Denso SK20R11 iridium tipped plugs. How does one know if an ECU is defective and is there anyone in the house that could refer a professional that can help sort this out?
I am open to useful suggestions before i get ripped off!!! Esteemed car gurus over to u.........
two additional codes now involved: C1300 and U0073.
At first thought I was prompted to change all the plugs, have the throttle body cleaned and the injector serviced. The serpentine belt is confirmed to be fine/hard. The alternator fine and also the battery. The idle rpm is btw 750 and 800 and drops to around 700 when engaged in gear (sometimes btw 650 and 600) yet it vibrates noticeably. This was what prompted the need for the comprehensive scan which revealed the codes. I sense the auto mech is trying to rip me off with the damaged brain box line thereby causing me to require the need for someone with your renowned skills esp since he is saying something about the brain box which he is not being assertive on. I don’t want to gamble on this.

P0560 2009 Toyota Camry - System Voltage Malfunction

Possible causes
- Low battery charge
- Battery defective
- EFI No. 1 fuse
- Loose or missing alternator drive belt
- Faulty alternator
- Open or short system voltage circuit

What to do:
Start by checking the battery terminals (also the fusible link) for corrosion or loose connection, then EFI No. 1 fuse then check charging system is battery is not holding charge replace the battery.

When is the code detected?
The P0560 code is detected when the Engine Control Module (ECM) voltage out of range.
Possible symptoms
- Engine Light ON (or Service Engine Soon Warning Light)
- Slow engine start
- Low battery power

P0560 2009 Toyota Camry Description
The battery supplies electricity to the Engine Control Module (ECM) even when the ignition switch is OFF. This electricity allows the ECM to store data such as Detected Trouble Code (DTC) history, freeze frame data, fuel trim values and other data. If the battery voltage falls below a minimum level, the ECM will conclude that there is a fault in the power supply circuit. The next time the engine starts, the ECM will turn on the Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) and a DTC will be set.

P0441 Toyota - Evaporative Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow

Possible causes
- Missing Fuel cap
- Incorrect fuel filler cap used
- Fuel filler cap remains open or fails to close
- Foreign matter caught in fuel filler cap
- Incorrect fuel tank vacuum relief valve.

Find attached the service bulletin for code P0441.

C1300 Toyota Camry: Skid control ECU Malfucntion

What can cause this code condition is the skid control module, or the brake control moduel assembly, before this unit is replaced do a zero point point calibration for the steering angle.

Bro. I will advice you to send a mail to the school requesting for their payment transfer details. I have few friends over there but when it comes to money issue "am on my own". Moreover, I don't like having money issue with people. It is something I can pay for you from my pocket but I have did that before for some Nigerians and uptill now, no one show up for to come to portugal. I don't know if some people like applying to schools abroad and keeping their admission letter as reference that they once applied, I don't know. Do it yourself, feel it, and once you get the admission, I guess you won't want your effort to go awry. Some people have opportunities but unknown fear kill their dream. I came here with N165,000 then haven't pay for school fees and accommodation but I was determine that "e go better" with prayer and hard work. Happily, God come make am easy. Just to gear you up bro. That one no mean say you go come with N100,000 o! "On your own be that" cos another man food is another man poison.

jikajika:
Hello RoyalPrince. I'm still struggling with my visa application and once again would appreciate your advice. Please did you have to present a separate 'proof of accommodation' when applying for your visa and what sort of document did you give the embassy? I applied for accommodation with my university two weeks ago. As it was dragging on too long, I called the accommodation office yesterday and was told that they cannot give me accommodation immediately and that it's not necessary for me to have that to apply for the visa. I then called the embassy in Abuja and they insisted that I MUST have a 'proof of accommodation'.
Today the University has sent me another 'declaration'. The wording is as follows:
We hereby declare that Mr................., student number..................., is enrolled/registered fulltime in the Doctoral Programme in Economics at the Faculty of Economics University of Coimbra for the academic year 2014/15 from September 2014 to July 2015 and his official address during this period will be .......................

I was wondering if the embassy would accept this as a 'proof of accommodation'. Obviously I know I would have to book a place to stay in Coimbra before I depart Nigeria and I have already contacted a private hostel provider in Coimbra. But I don't want to make any booking and payment now until I get the visa and very sure of when I would arrive in Coimbra.
Please what do you think?
Thanks
You can apply with your new declaration/acceptance stating your residential address in Portugal without that, the embassy won't issue you visa. When you get to coimbra, you can change accommodation if you don't like the one provided by the school. If you want to do police character certificate, is around 5k in Lagos, though I don't know your location cos Awon askari yen o send at all when it comes to money matter.
