Certify it. √ You should submit your Secondary School transcripts together with WAEC plus if you have Jamb result. Hope it helps. 1 Like 1 Share |

TheRoyalprince: I'm in Lagos now. I'll ask that for you on Monday.Hello, bro...how was your trip? Did you get the answer? |
Re: Anyone Studying In Portugal!!!! by Nobody: 2:25pm On Aug 26, 2014 |
TheRoyalprince: Hello RoyalPrince. I'm still struggling with my visa application and once again would appreciate your advice. Please did you have to present a separate 'proof of accommodation' when applying for your visa and what sort of document did you give the embassy? I applied for accommodation with my university two weeks ago. As it was dragging on too long, I called the accommodation office yesterday and was told that they cannot give me accommodation immediately and that it's not necessary for me to have that to apply for the visa. I then called the embassy in Abuja and they insisted that I MUST have a 'proof of accommodation'. Today the University has sent me another 'declaration'. The wording is as follows: We hereby declare that Mr................., student number..................., is enrolled/registered fulltime in the Doctoral Programme in Economics at the Faculty of Economics University of Coimbra for the academic year 2014/15 from September 2014 to July 2015 and his official address during this period will be ....................... I was wondering if the embassy would accept this as a 'proof of accommodation'. Obviously I know I would have to book a place to stay in Coimbra before I depart Nigeria and I have already contacted a private hostel provider in Coimbra. But I don't want to make any booking and payment now until I get the visa and very sure of when I would arrive in Coimbra. Please what do you think? Thanks |

@jikajika,pls I need to chat wit u ,on how to apply to univ coimbra, and also how to legalise my document.dis is my pin 331EDFAF,or on facebook raheem olalekan usman |
Re: Anyone Studying In Portugal!!!! by TheRoyalprince(m): 7:50pm On Aug 26, 2014 |
jikajika:You can apply with your new declaration/acceptance stating your residential address in Portugal without that, the embassy won't issue you visa. When you get to coimbra, you can change accommodation if you don't like the one provided by the school. If you want to do police character certificate, is around 5k in Lagos, though I don't know your location cos Awon askari yen o send at all when it comes to money matter. |

moneybag100:My trip was fantastic from Madrid Airport to Lagos but from Lisbon to Madrid, na Chinese guys dey disturb me with their chinko language, in all, the trip was safe ko bad at all. I haven't gone out since I came o! I dey fear Ebola. You can walk into any GTB and ask, then you let me know. I'll drop your account number and send the money to me, after that I go wire the school. Is that OK by you? |

moneybag100: oh okay...good you made it safe...what am I to ask at gtb? Can you just give me total of what to pay? And the account for payment...How much are you paying? Ask of Tellex Charge, Offshore Charge and VAT charge from any GTB branch near you. |
Re: Anyone Studying In Portugal!!!! by moneybag100: 9:45am On Aug 27, 2014 |
TheRoyalprince:Just 20euro....I didn't know you are trying to do wire transfer to them....I thought when you were there (Portugal)...you will just help me pay the amount since it will be easier for you...and I pay it to your Nigeria account with your charges and you withdraw from atm there..... |
Re: Anyone Studying In Portugal!!!! by moneybag100: 2:21pm On Aug 27, 2014 |
TheRoyalprince:I went to gtb today and their charges are preposterous!!! Imaging charging like 60 euro on 20euro payment.......I thought when you were there (Portugal)...you will just help me pay the amount since it will be easier and cheaper for you...just go into the bank and deposit..chai! |
Re: Anyone Studying In Portugal!!!! by TheRoyalprince(m): 9:30am On Aug 29, 2014 |
moneybag100:Bro. I will advice you to send a mail to the school requesting for their payment transfer details. I have few friends over there but when it comes to money issue "am on my own". Moreover, I don't like having money issue with people. It is something I can pay for you from my pocket but I have did that before for some Nigerians and uptill now, no one show up for to come to portugal. I don't know if some people like applying to schools abroad and keeping their admission letter as reference that they once applied, I don't know. Do it yourself, feel it, and once you get the admission, I guess you won't want your effort to go awry. Some people have opportunities but unknown fear kill their dream. I came here with N165,000 then haven't pay for school fees and accommodation but I was determine that "e go better" with prayer and hard work. Happily, God come make am easy. Just to gear you up bro. That one no mean say you go come with N100,000 o! "On your own be that" cos another man food is another man poison. 5 Likes |
