What Is Deliverance?


Deliverance is the destruction of the works of the devil to set free the captive person, place, animal, or object. The freedom from the works and captivity of the devil and his agents gives such, the opportunity to fulfill his God given potential. The process of deliverance may include some or most of the following procedures

Binding and loosing

Breaking of Curses, spells, jinx, hexes, vexes and so on

Breaking of evil covenants, vows, pacts and associations

Breaking of evil soul ties by which one is bounded to others, demons or idols

Breaking of bonds, yokes, spiritual fetters, and bands

Restoration of fragmented minds, memories

Destruction of the works of sorcerers, witchcraft, enchantments, occultism in a person, animal or place

Breaking of all levels of witchcraft initiation rites to set free the practicing witch, wizard, warlock or cultist

Destruction of all entanglements with spirit spouse (incubus and succubus spirits)

Casting out of demons

Spiritual warfare

Deliverance may be dramatic or undramatic. One thing that is certain is when there is deliverance the captive is set free, there is relief for the afflicted, there is a breakthrough for the spiritually hindered, restoration occurs and one cup of joy is full.

Many are afflicted but lack knowledge of the source of their problems. They are desirous of a solution but all efforts to find a solution proves abortive. With each new idea or proposed remedy, hope is raised only to be dashed and the individual depressed. Many have gone to an early grave because of lack of understanding of the source of their problems, be it physical, mental, spiritual, or financial. Many have done all that is humanely possible to succeed at various human activities but fail while others find great success with less efforts. Why?

Why are some people losers, some failures, some manic depressive, others anti social or anarchists? Some people are cursed, others are bewitched, some are barren without any physical problem or explanation. Multitudes are in a fix that cannot be explained by any human reasoning or solved by human efforts. When human efforts fails the answer is found in the spiritual. Not the spiritual found with Shamans, Witch doctors, Herbalists, Para-psychologist, Channelers, Mediums, Secret Societies, Astrologers, Idol Priests, Gurus, Horoscopes, Sacrifices, River Bathing and so on. The answer is in God that created the heaven and earth.

The answer lies with the Lord who shows mercy on the afflicted and the captive of desperately wicked men. The solution is found in the Father that gave up His Son Jesus Christ that all men may be saved or delivered. He alone has answers and solution.
His answer ls Salvation and Deliverance. Jesus trained men “...and gave them power and authority over all demons, and to cure diseases. He sent them to preach the Kingdom and to heal the sick Luk 9:1-2”. He gave power to men to trample upon serpents and scorpions, over all power of the enemy and nothing shall by any means hurt those who believe.Luk 10:19 Beloved of God there is deliverance provision for you by the Almighty God Himself and by His grace He has empowered me to pray for the captive, the afflicted and so on that He may show Himself in your life as Your Deliverer. The Lord remains the same. He is still delivering and He will deliver you. Trust in the Lord and it will surely be well.

82344: Description of how to do ghusl for major impurity

How is major ablution done? There are differences of opinion in a number of madhhabs, so who should I follow?
How did the Messenger (blessings and peace of Allaah be upon him) to minor and major ablution?.

Praise be to Allaah.

Firstly:

You do not have to follow a particular madhhab; rather you have to ask a scholar whom you trust, one who is famous among the people for his knowledge and virtue, then follow the religious rulings that he explains to you. It does not matter if there are differences of opinion among the scholars concerning religious matters, because this is something that Allaah has willed by His wisdom, and the Muslim who is not able to work out the truth (ijtihaad) is only obliged to ask the scholars, and he does not have to do more than that.

Secondly:

In the answer to question number 11497, we have explained how to do wudoo’ (ablution) for minor impurity in detail. Please refer to this question.

Thirdly:

With regard to how to do ablution (ghusl) for major impurity, the answer is:

There are two forms of ghusl:

Acceptable form: in the sense that if a person only does ghusl in this manner, his ghusl is valid and he becomes purified from major impurity. But if a person this kind of ghusl properly, his ghusl is not valid.

Complete and preferred form: this is the type which it is mustahabb to do but is not obligatory.

As for the obligatory and acceptable form it is as follows:

1. Form the intention to purify oneself from impurity: janaabah (impurity following sexual discharge), menses or nifaas (postpartum bleeding).

2. Wash the entire body with water once, making sure that the water reaches the roots of the hair and the places that it cannot reach easily, such as the armpits and backs of the knees, as well as rinsing the mouth and nose, according to the correct scholarly opinion.

Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen (may Allaah have mercy on him) said in al-Sharh al-Mumti’ (1/423):

The evidence that this ghusl is valid is the words of Allaah (interpretation of the meaning): “If you are in a state of Janaaba (i.e. after a sexual discharge), purify yourselves (bathe your whole body)” [al-Maa’idah 5:6]. Allaah did not mention anything apart from that. If a person washes his entire body once, then it is true to say that he has purified himself. End quote.

As for the complete form, it is as follows

1. Form the intention in the heart to purify oneself from major impurity: janaabah (impurity following sexual discharge), menses or nifaas (postpartum bleeding).

2. Then say Bismillah and wash the hands three times, then wash any dirt from the private part.

3. Then do wudoo’ as for prayer, a complete wudoo’.

4. Then pour water over the head three times, and rub the hair so that the water reaches the roots of the hair.

5. Then wash the body, making sure that the water reaches all parts, starting with the right side of the body and then the left, and rubbing it with the hands so that the water reaches the entire body.

The evidence for this mustahabb form of ghusl is:

It was narrated that ‘Aa’ishah (may Allaah be pleased with her) said: When the Messenger of Allaah (blessings and peace of Allaah be upon him) did ghusl for janaabah, he would wash his hands and do wudoo’ as for prayer, then he would wash himself, then he would run his fingers through his hair, then when he thought that it [the water] had reached his skin, he would pour water over it [the head] three times, then he would wash the rest of his body.

Narrated by al-Bukhaari (248) and Muslim (316).

And it was narrated that she (may Allaah be pleased with her) said: When the Messenger of Allaah (blessings and peace of Allaah be upon him) did ghusl from janaabah, he would call for something like a vessel used for milking and take water in his palm. He started with the right side of his head, then the left, then he took water in both palms and poured it all over his head.

Narrated by al-Bukhaari (258) and Muslim (318).

One of the important rulings concerning this matter is that ghusl for major impurity takes the place of wudoo’, so the person who has done ghusl, whether the complete or the acceptable form, does not have to repeat wudoo', unless he does something that invalidates purity whilst doing ghusl.

Hmm, hmmm, hmmmmm, i don't even know what to say, because i'm fed up with everything. I feel so powerless, frustrated and forsaken everytime i wake up in the morning, my life is stagnant, no progress whatsoever despite my strive, effort to make it in life. When i couldn't secure a job after service for two years, i swallowed my pride and turned myself to a printing apprentice at the age of thirty, but getting a space and works has been so difficult after graduating from this few months ago. I've visited some pastors and alfas and they all asked me to bring some money for deliverance and freedom from satanic bondage, because they would have to invite some prayer warriors as they can't do it alone, the least they asked me is 14k and the highest is 75k, where on earth do they expect me to get that kind of money, and this sometimes, makes me ask myself whether true men of God still exist in this country. Although, someone told me to go to Ori-Oke Baba Abiye in Ede, Osun State, but i'm so tired of visiting all these so called pastors and alfas (God forgive me). I do see some signs in my life which makes me believe that i really need deliverance for me to have a breakthrough in my life. If you know any true man/woman of God, pls help me i beg, as the year is gradually coming to an end, and may God bless you as you do so, thanks a lot.
