Linda Burfield Hazzard
Dr. Hazzard was not a medical doctor but received a license to practice medicine through a loophole that grandfathered practitioners of alternative medicine under the regulations of the state of Washington. She was a well-known advocate of fasting and wrote two books on the subject: “Fasting for the Cure of Disease” and “Scientific Fasting: The Ancient and Modern Key to Health.” She believed all illnesses were the result of excessive eating. She created her own sanitarium, where inpatients fasted for days, weeks, and months on small amounts of tomato and asparagus juice and an occasional teaspoon of orange juice. The patients were also given daily enemas, as well as massages that the nurses said sounded more like beatings. Under her care, 40 patients died. She claimed they died of previously undiagnosed conditions, while others stated the cause was starvation. In fact, locals called her place “Starvation Heights.” In 1912, she was convicted of manslaughter for the death of a wealthy British woman who weighed less than 50 pounds at the time of her death. It was discovered that Hazzard forged the woman’s will to make herself the beneficiary, as well as stole all the patient’s valuables. Along with her husband, she gained power of attorney over her patients, sometimes by declaring them mentally incompetent, and took over their estates.
She was sentenced to hard labor at the penitentiary of Walla Walla but was pardoned 2 years later for unknown reasons. She moved to New Zealand with her husband and practiced as a “dietician and osteopath.” Her license there was soon revoked for practicing without appropriate credentials. She died in 1935.
In an irony, the son of one of her victims went on to establish a successful seafood restaurant in Seattle.

THE ABORTIONISTS KILLERS

Kermit Gosnell and Steven Massof

Dr. Gosnell was a physician in Philadelphia who was well-known for providing abortions to immigrants and minorities. In the 1970s, he became an early advocate of abortion rights. In 1972, he opened an abortion clinic, The Women’s Medical Society. His practice became known as an abortion mill, where viable fetuses were routinely killed following illegal, late-term procedures. A total of 46 known lawsuits were filed against him during his career. In 2010, his clinic was raided after a long investigation by the DEA, the Philadelphia PD, and the state’s dangerous drug enforcement unit over his illegal drug-prescribing habits. The investigation and raid also revealed the suspicious death of a patient in 2009, as well as unsanitary conditions, untrained staff, and the use of powerful drugs without appropriate supervision.

They found half-conscious women waiting for abortions, moaning in bed on blood-covered recliners, fetal parts in milk and orange juice containers, medications past their expiration dates, staff who could not tell the investigators what dose of medications they had just administered, and even flea-infested cats. Additionally, Gosnell admitted that at least 10% to 20% of the abortions were performed after 24 weeks (the legal limit). Of the remains recovered, three were discovered to have been viable. In 2010, Gosnell’s medical license was suspended, and he was arrested in 2011. He was charged with many counts, including third-degree murder of an adult patient, multiple first-degree murders of babies, and criminal enterprise for illegally prescribing and dispensing controlled substances. It was estimated that he made an additional $10,000-$15,000 per night for illegal prescribing. He was sentenced to three life sentences without the possibility of parole. A medical student who aided Gosnell, Steven Massof, was sentenced to 6-12 years in prison.
Massof testified that he saw more than 100 babies born alive who had their necks snipped, which he equated to a beheading.

THE MOB DOCTOR


Dr. Bolber was part of the infamous “Philadelphia Poison Ring,” led by Italian immigrant cousins, Herman and Paul Petrillo in the 1930s. The cousins had contacts in the criminal world. Harold was an expert counterfeiter and arsonist, while Paul ran an insurance scam business from the back of his tailor’s shop. Dr. Bolber was a Russian-Jewish immigrant who subscribed to “la fattura,” a magic believed by many South Philadelphia Italians of the time.

When the Petrillos aspired to “la fattura,” they recruited the help of the doctor, who frequently gave potions to patients to better their lives. The cousins started issuing insurance policies without medical exams and then would pay the doctor to poison them with his potions (arsenic). The insurance policies were made out to the gang rather than the wives who had been widowed. They also hired killer thugs who murdered others through various means, such as drowning, bludgeoning, and running over the victims by car. The murders began in 1931, and an estimated 30-50 people were killed.
Dr. Bolber was arrested in 1939 and turned state’s evidence on the cousins, who were sentenced to death

Although they are still some doctors till this day killing patients, theses are the most remembered evilest doctors .



Dr. Kervorkian

Dr. Kervorkian is a well-known US pathologist and advocate of euthanasia. While many may debate his addition to this list, the fact is that he is responsible for the deaths of more than 100 patients at a time when no laws existed. He ended up being sentenced to 8 years in prison for his actions. Early in his career, he fell under criticism when he proposed medical experiments on death row inmates while they were still alive. He presented a paper to the American Association for the Advancement of Science in 1958, arguing that condemned criminals could provide a service to humanity before their death.
These experiments would be performed while the inmates were conscious and end in their fatality. For his views, his peers nicknamed him “Dr. Death.” He followed this research with the invention of what he called a “suicide machine.” He made it with materials that cost $45 and included three bottles of successive doses of saline, followed by a pain killer, and finally a fatal dose of potassium chloride. In 1990, he became infamous after using his device on Janet Adkins, who sought him out after she learned she had Alzheimer’s disease but before it took full effect.
He carried out the assisted suicide in a public park inside his Volkswagen. Charges against him were dropped, but his medical license was suspended. However, this did not stop the doctor on his wave of assisted suicide. Legal action was taken to stop him, but he slipped through on loopholes in the law until he was convicted in 1999. After serving 8 years of a 25-year sentence, he was released on good behavior. He died in 2011 at the age of 83.

Yup you are right but it wasn't just for fun but I will admit I don't exactly know why I typed that here, also I came to terms with the reality of human mortality early on in life which is why I was thinking; why not just bring that day forward because it will eventually come anyway.

but the gist of it is; things started going relatively ok not too long after typing that, it's amazing what not caring at all can do for you, I didn't care before but now I truly really do not care about what anyone thinks.
I started reading and watching videos on psychology, philosophy and all that kind of stuff those helped a lot, I cut ties with a lot of people too, eventually my fortunes turned around in a lot of ways including financially and academically.
I finished everything that had to do with school in naija.
I have no woman drama.
I have washed hands off family drama
I would sleep longer, even if I wake up I will remain in bed till i feel like getting up. Basically this life is my own, my own rules, I once wore shorts without combing my hair and entered a bus for a 1 hour journey to a crowded popular place just to be sure I actually do not care this time. So I took away the ability of other people's words, actions, looks, judgements, opinions and all that from affecting me, I used to pick up calls just to be nice now I cut calls any how even block numbers if you keep calling after I cut like 2 or 3 times.

Most of the depression came from
1. Being nagged even and especially by my mom
2. Peoples expectations
3. Academic set backs especially victimisation by 2 lecturers and people I expected to help me out based on connect didn't help me, they failed to even attempt to help (one of the lectures left the school and I found a way to outsmart the second one, he didn't even know how and when I left the school, I'm sure he'll be surprised till today)
4. Not feeling Appreciation even the least bit: you know how you do something good very well once and people start expecting you to do it every single day without even a thank you and when you don't do it it's like you're a bad person even though it wasn't something you were supposed to be doing at all, that was my situation with my immediate nuclear family.

Also, I used to be the guy that gave people, if you didn't have lunch I'd buy for you, if they didn't have change in canteen I'd pay for the other person, if you have no cash for TP to your village/home over the weekend, I'm your man, but people took this kindness for stewpidity, I was the kind of person who would lend money, if it was under 2k I'd say outrightly don't bother paying back. but many people didn't repay and I'm not the kind of person to pressure anybody to give me money, and not just that they didn't repay the money, because if they offered to repay and I didn't need the money I'm not sure I'd have taken it anyway, I honestly didn't even care for it, but the way they acted like it was their right or it never happened, like it was nothing as if I'm their father.

like how can you be owing me 25k and coming to ask for another 10k two weeks later after failing to pay the initial 15k you said you'd pay back in 5 or 7 days time. but when I needed help financially, academically (help me keep seat or write name or submit this any of those small things there would be noone there to help me).

Then relationship wise, the 2 "relationships" if you can call them that, I had went the exact same way. both with me just for money, because I look rich. Meanwhile they have multiple guys elsewhere but pretended like they were the virgin Mary. The first girl was taking money from me and using it to fund her other boyfriends' gambling addiction.

The painful part was that on both occasions others knew for sure what was going on, while I was merely suspecting it, but nobody told me anything, my male and female "friends", it was only one guy after the girl had left he called me aside and said this girl she comes around my place oh and hangs out with one guy and even sleeps over, I told her that I suspect such and such is going on the girl denied it, (even if it was true and she had admitted it, if they weren't sexually active then I wouldn't mind, because we weren't engaged or married maybe she wants to keep her options open that's what I'd have assumed). But these girls would be requesting huge sums of money but even to post happy birthday to you na wahala, even to call is big issue, it's so so flash flash call me back, on both occasions I caught them myself with one of the other guys and I just made sure they saw that I saw them and walked away forever, I was pissed men but I just lock up, it became obvious to me earlier that I was like the sponsor or the side guy, so I stopped sponsorship, but I needed concrete undeniable facts even after I got it, like you know I bottled it just ghosted them. One of the girls the first one even had the guts, the effrontery to tell me late last year or early this year that I didn't ask her when she was single that she is now single, she later left that guy she was with then while she was with me.

She also said she met that guy before me and didn't want to turn me down. I did not reply her.

Two months ago, I joined Instagram again after my first account had been "hacked" during that tumultuous period, so during my final healing process(after I had forgotten and let go from the bottom of my heart of every single thing that ever happened to me) I rejoined insta she sent me a follow request almost immediately, I saw her pictures she is no longer looking as she was back then, she done fat scatter, her body has different colours and so on, i smiled, so I was like thank God I didn't end up with her.

the other girl too couldn't graduate from the professional course we were in even after several attempts she got depressed, became suicidal she actually went through with it but didn't die, she lost all the attributes that made her beautiful in my eyes atleast both physically and otherwise, they cut her hair, she lost weight in all the right places (if you know what I mean) when I saw her in Abuja I didn't even recognize her at all she told me herself confirming the story I already knew from her ex classmates and her friends who were calling me to come and see her or help out, for where? I distanced myself, when they asked have you called her I say yes meanwhile I haven't called. So she even said when things became really bad for her mentally she could only remember her friend's name and number and my own name and number and she had my photograph so that's why they reached out to me and that friend, I went to the school for some documents and saw her but wasn't too sure because this person looked smaller in every aspect, but when she called me I knew it was definitely her, that was how she narrated her ordeals.

Don't get me wrong I wasn't happy any of this stuff happened to either of them but I was just stunned like what a coincidence when I have healed totally is when the thing is affecting these ones. I also wondered to myself why is it that when you guys were sane and doing well you took me for granted but when you came to your worse and needed help you couldn't remember any of the other 5 or more boyfriends you had just me you remembered to help you as usual. If I had exited this world then people who knew all these would have said maybe it's my ghost that came for them. Nollywood style. Lol

So after it happened to me a second time with the second girl I washed my hands off anything Naija woman. With the first girl one of the guys she was with even came to threaten me I wanted to lock that guy up but people including herself kept begging. Before all that forgiveness and then both of them started having symptoms of depression at the same time, although the second one was worse than the first.

Many other incidents too small and big

One time I was scammed i went to police and the cost to retrieve the money was equivalent to the money, I had to pay to transport the police to the state he resides and house them and feed them for one or two days and bribe the police of the other command to help us or at least allow us go and arrest the guy and retrieve the money. I just let the whole thing go, let's assume I reach there and there's no lead or we actually find him but no money at all, then I would have lost twice if not thrice for someone close to police, judiciary and the law in general the thing was especially painful.

I also bashed the car twice that year on one occasion I had to fix the other persons car, me that wanted to arrest someone else the exact same police station was were the guy was taking me to, I kept quiet and went because I know they can't lock me up based on one or two, he found out when we got there. but still everywhere I turn problem. I can't list all oh I slept in an airport because flight was cancelled, my phone was stolen along with vital documents and info I had in it.

So it was everything coming down on me all at once at the same time within the same year. And everyone else around me including those who were causing me trouble seemed to be progressing and having life easy. All these made me feel that way. It wasn't just one thing, it was as if the whole world was just trying to annoy me, it felt like everyday there was a new problem.

Oh I forgot to mention I went to help someone get money from bank when my car brake failed the lecturer I helped to get the cash didn't even say thank you or ask how I was or how the car was he didn't even give me an a in his course it was a B despite all my good relationship with him and despite writing well in his course and even giving him cash gift. The money spent on fixing my car and the other guys car was more than the money he asked me to drive someone to withdraw for him ( I replaced the guys back light and my headlight and some body work for the other guys car too)

Long and short of it is now I no longer care, AT all, I dress however I like, I eat what I want when I want where I want, I do what I want to do when I want to do it, I no longer give anyone money except actual beggars or destitutes, i no longer seek anyone's validation. I no longer listen to anyone's expectations of me, I no longer chase or even look at girls 2 times, even when I can help or do something I say I can't so you don't expect me to do it forever, I no longer invest, do business or anything huge financial transactions in Naija, I am now trying to japa and move on with my life elsewhere where I have secured an ok job that pays more than I make here. In a country that's far better than Nigeria with lower inflation rate, lower mortality rate, longer life expectancy, less crime, more opportunities too especially jobs available but also online stuff, I used to do some stuff on Upwork and other such sites but they kept banning Nigerians and PayPal stopped money transfer to Nigeria, also one time I told a woman I was doing something for my location she cancelled the work, I can go back to those as side hustle, and add to the work that already pays well.

so Hopefully by next year I would have finished the whole process and moved, I'm expected to resume work by late February, I'm hoping the embassy does me well and Corona doesn't cause any hindrance.

I now believe I have the mental fortitude to bear or withstand anything that can possibly come my way.

So for me it was a happy ending. But not everyone is as lucky.

Idi Amin
Reign: 1971-1979

During his eight years in power, he massively mismanaged the economy, persecuted multiple ethnic groups, drove Uganda’s Asian population out of the country, and killed with reckless abandon. Adolf Hitler
Reign: 1933-1945

The infamous Adolf Hitler wormed his way into power as the chancellor of Germany in 1933. and then as Führer just a year later. He was largely responsible for WWII after he invaded Poland in 1939, and was the primary instigator of the Holocaust. Within two years, Hitler’s Third Reich empire included most European countries. He proceeded to order the systematic destruction of any people who did not match his vision of an “ideal master race”, throwing Jews, Slavs, and anyone else he considered socially undesirable into concentration camps.

There, his followers conducted mass genocide on his orders, killing over 19 million. That’s not including the millions of soldiers and civilians who died in WWII. He’s likely responsible for the greatest amount of human loss and destruction orchestrated by a single man in all of history.

Benito Mussolini
Reign: 1922-1943

Benito Mussolini, like many members of this list, didn’t grow up in the most peaceful environment. He had always been an outspoken political activist, but when he was wounded in WWI, he gathered other disillusioned war vets into violent groups known as the Blackshirts. This was the beginning of fascism, an extreme-right totalitarian party. He began dismantling Italy’s democratic government piece by piece until he had complete power.

By 1936, he had become an ally of Hitler, bringing anti-Semitism to Italy. Despite surviving many assassination attempts, he was eventually caught and executed alongside his mistress and hung upside down from the roof of a gas station in Milan.

Joseph Stalin
Reign: 1922-1953




Lenin’s successor, Joseph Stalin, wasn’t any less aggressive. Stalin was a highly significant figure during the early-mid 20th century, but his methods have been condemned for obvious reasons. First, his Five-Year plans contributed to wide-spread famine. Then, he began “The Great Purge”, to rid Russia of the so-called enemies of the working class. Over a million people were imprisoned, with over 700,000 executed. He was also responsible for mass repressions, deportations, and ethnic cleansing. Some people today, especially in Russia, still believe that some of his political views have merit.

Vladimir Lenin


Reign: 1917-1924

Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov, better known as Lenin, always had rebellious political views. He was outspoken about his communist views and pushed for socialism to replace capitalism. In 1917 after the Russian Tsar was overthrown and a provisional government was put in place, Lenin saw his chance. That October, he led a revolution of his own and took power. He redistributed land throughout the country and withdrew from WWI, but it all went downhill from there. His approach to his opponents was merciless, killing thousands in concentration camps and disregarding the famine and poverty his people endured.

According to the BBC, “During this period of revolution, war and famine, Lenin demonstrated a chilling disregard for the sufferings of his fellow countrymen and mercilessly crushed any opposition.”

Vlad III
Reign: 1448; 1456-1462; 1476

Vlad III was known as Vlad the fvking Impaler for a reason. According to his reputation, when he first became ruler of Wallachia he invited his rivals to a formal dinner. When they arrived, he stabbed and impaled them all. Needless to say, he wasn’t the best host. Impaling became his favorite means of execution. While he did attempt to stabilize the tumultuous nation, he did so by bloody and lawless methods. He was also known as Vlad Dracula, based on his family name. You can see where this is going. Because of his lust for blood, the legend of the vampire Count Dracula was born. Thanks, Vlad.

Timur



Reign: 1370-1405

There were honestly too many empires to remember them all, but Timur was responsible for founding the Timurid Empire. He led ruthless military raids throughout much of western Asia, covering the area of modern-day Syria, Turkey, Iraq, and Iran. His military conquests weren’t the scary part, though. As a leader, he was heartless. To end a rebellion after he successfully invaded the city of Delhi, he ordered a bloody massacre. When it was over, he mounted thousands of heads up on minarets. He also had a tower built out of live men, glued together with bricks and mortar.

Attila the Hun
Reign: AD 434-453

The Hunnic Empire was located near present-day Hungary, and it was home to the infamous Attila the Hun. He liked to invade other empires. A lot. He successfully led invasions of the Byzantine empire, devastated the Balkans, and attempted many failed, yet extremely destructive, raids on the Western Roman Empire, Roman Gaul, and Italy. While he didn’t ultimately win, his aggressive tactics and eagerness to fight made him a formidable opponent. He died shortly after razing much of Italy to the ground, and likely would have continued to plunder his way across the continent had he remained alive. Surprisingly, he died off the battlefield from unspecified internal bleeding on the night of his marriage (one of several).

Genghis Khan

Genghis Khan was born to be tough. His father, chief of his tribe, was killed when Khan was only nine by poisoning, and the fatherless boy was raised in poverty. He was raised by his mother who taught him the importance of strong political alliances, and while he was captured by his father’s former allies for some time, he escaped and began to unite the Mongol tribes on his own. He proceeded to conquer much of China and Central Asia, and his methods were heartless. He killed civilians en masse more than once, including a massacre of the aristocrats of the Khwarezm Empire. He had so many wives and concubines that up to eight percent of men living in the region of the former Mongolian empire are genetic descendants of Khan.
