Suicide is never an option in respective of what you are passing tru. Committing suicide is murder and no murderer will make heaven. To me, committing suicide is like moving from fry pan to fire. The eternal damnation in hell is worse than the supposed problem you are going tru now which will definitely pass.

Drugs overdose. Most especially trams is more ideal and painless. He will literally feel his soul going to heaven or hell or wherever souls go to. But it's not ideal to suggest suicide or death Options to people. Be empathetic.
