We have reached a stage we now control the environment we live in , only a few centuries ago we have completely changed the environment we found ourselves in , from building skyscrapers , ships that move through continents , we have reached a point in evolution stage we don't need to adapt anymore to fit our environment If evolution should further occur our pinky toe would have to merge with the foot for better balance . And the appendix too has to go.
