Government will build something and you will carry your legs to vandalise and sell the tracks.

Are you not cursed like this? huh

The Nigerian Army is a sick and evil institution
Politics › Re: Abdulrasheed Bawa: EFCC Recovered Over ₦1 Billion Naira From A Civil Servant by Theunbothered: 7:10am On Jun 16, 2021
Does the civil servant have a name?

Why is the EFCC so quick to post pictures of alleged yahoo boys all over the Internet and newspapers yet when we hear stories of billions stolen they are always nameless and faceless.

nzeobi:
The security agencies kill people at will and label them esn so as to appear to be doing their job and they know they won't be questioned.
And BMC propaganda accounts come here to laugh and giggle over it.

These people are just pure evil.
Politics › Re: Soldiers Kill Ifeanyi Obi, Parade His Corpse As Unknown Gunman by Theunbothered: 4:04pm On Jun 15, 2021
The so called patriots will rejoice over this because it's not yet their turn.

How many innocent people have to be killed before enough is enough?

Are we not missing something here? How many times have seen separatists in UK going to the check points and open fire on soldiers on duty? You don't get to talk about reaction when you are not comfortable talking about action
I'm not talking about separatists, I don't care what happens to them.

I'm talking about ENDSARS and the Lekki killings. The lady in the video wasn't holding a separatist flag or crying on their behalf.

Stop deceiving yourself, killing will not stop! Not in Nigeria, not in USA, not in UK.

You think this is about being inhuman? No. This is about telling you unpatriotic elements to stop embarrassing yourselves and your country on global stage. An average unpatriotic Nigeria would seize any little given opportunity to drag his or her country's name in the mud. I mean for God's sake, what is the meaning of that trash? The same way a Nigeria flag with blood was being shown to the world during endsars protests only to turn out to be propaganda.
Nigerian soldiers killed Nigerian youth and continue to do so.

Many "patriots" lied about it, some even celebrated it.

The president didn't address it and the Army officer who led the operation of what was essentially a war crime was not punished.

Why should I not talk about it?

Why are you focusing on the wrong issues?

How many times have you seen soldiers in the UK whip and threaten to get away with murdering their citizens?

Maxymilliano:
And how did he know that such investments are all proceeds of fraud ?
This is the thing many supporters of the regime don't understand, our rights are slowly being trampled upon and due process is in the gutter. Yet they are busy dancing and celebrating because Buhari is president.

It's madness!
Crime › Re: Bawa: EFCC Has Recovered $20m Worth Of Cryptocurrency From Fraudsters by Theunbothered: 3:17pm On Jun 15, 2021
Another mouthpiece for the Buhari regime, all these talks about regulating twitter and cryptocurrency are coordinated because the government sees them as a threat to their vice grip on power.

They can't use the typical mafia style of blocking accounts without court orders so they want to stop the flow of cryptocurrency entirely.

It won't work, all it will do is drive Nigerians to store their money overseas to trade in cryptocurrency which aids foreign banks.

By the time this administration is over it may take years to repair the damage they have caused, not just to the country's economy but it's international reputation.

I hope this isn't all talk because I'm afraid of China's influence over the country.
Politics › Re: Lai Mohammed: Twitter, Liable For #endsars Destruction In Nigeria by Theunbothered: 3:13pm On Jun 15, 2021
This is how you know an unserious leader, they left the many people engaged in violence in Nigeria and went straight for twitter because it brought awareness to the issue of police brutality.

Truly I say, Lai Mohammed and those who think like him are the reason for Nigeria's downfall.

Yeah right. Every election since democracy you people will come online and wail like homeless children. You will go abroad and wail like abandoned born throway. Whether there is violence or no violence you will wail and abuse Nigeria and hold meetings plotting on the downfall of the country.

All the unrest today you have hands in it. From trading arms and human beings to supplying illegal drugs to fake news you are deep inside the degradation of the unity of this country.

May the God of creation bring all your hatred to roost in your homes as he has started to.

Everywhere you go you will continue to be treated like enemies and outsiders. YOU MUST GO HOME and reap the fruits of your hatred. GO HOME.
Who is "you people"?

Mention the people with your chest first then we'll talk.

Their matter don tire me sef. It's like they take joy in portraying Nigeria in bad light on the global stage. Nigeria is having security challenges, yes. But can we even compare the killings in Nigeria with killings in USA? But the same USA would take joy in letting the worlds knows that Nigeria is not safe. Pathetic
You may love deceiving yourself but that doesn't change the situation on ground. When the killing stops the insults will also stop.

This isn't about herdsmen or terrorism, this was state sanctioned murder and you're asking us to bury our heads in the sand. Where is your humanity?

ObaKlaz:
No nation is without challenges. Nigerians are always eager to point back home with the left index finger, especially in the full glare of the international community.

Comments on Nairaland alone are enough to repel foreign investors! Nigeria is down already, as it is, but negative portrayals of the country such as this one, on international platforms do the already battered image of the country no favours.

Ghana ain't sh!t, but Ghanaians won't stop hyping and giving their country good PR.

The average Nigerian needs to be taught a thing or two about patriotism, while we try to fix our self-inflicted problems.
What a rubbish statement.

The so called patriots above you were busy lying, gaslighting and making fun of Nigerians being killed in the streets.

Delete this rubbish because the condition of Nigeria, it's willfully ignorant leaders and even dumber followers is what's driving investment away from the country.

The president just banned twitter and his ministers are making threats left and right yet you think it's gestures like this that are the problem?

Rubbish.

Politics › Re: Abia: No Soldier Killed In Ohafia, Troops Not On Revenge Mission ― Army by Theunbothered: 12:22pm On Jun 14, 2021
the good image of the NA but to create distrust between the public and security agents in the state.
The Army is so disconnected from the people it's almost sad to see.

Get the local leaders involved, prosecute criminals in the military immediately.

Until then the Army will be treated as suspicious and a threat to the people.
