Oil production can not be done in silence .

Payments to oil companies are not done in silence unless you want to say the oil companies drilling in the SE who happen to be mostly from same SE are conspiring with NNPC officials to downplay production volumes.

Then how do they get paid the shortfall when every state governor, senator in Nigeria has their eyes glued to oil production and NNPC affairs?

Why is there no oil exploration going on in SE where there is already oil but they are spending more money in zamfara desert with no hope…simple,because they don’t want that bragging rights for SE..

See,a lot of things are configured not to favour the SE like making sure it has only 5 states,you may call it victim mentality but it’s the truth,even the SE land mass figures are fake…the day an independent body will conduct a census and revels the true population is the day you will know why the north is running away from conducting a census supervised by an independent body.
